NEW: Billionaire Flips Support, Ditches Kamala For Trump

Mark Pincus, a lifelong Democrat and billionaire founder of the mobile gaming giant Zynga, became the latest Silicon Valley figure to hop aboard the Trump train when he announced that he will be voting for the former president in an X post on Sunday.

“I am voting for Trump,” Pincus wrote, noting that he has previously donated at least $1 million to the past four Democratic Party presidential nominees, including Biden-Harris in 2020.

“This past year i have seen too much. Israel is America’s most loyal ally and the only Democracy in the Middle East. It is fighting Iran on 7 fronts and yet it can no longer trust the US. Anti semitism in America is reaching levels not seen since pre WWII,” the post continued.

“And there seems to be a war against freedom of speech. Happily MSM is no longer trusted but if our sources of free speech like X are censored we move a step closer to Russia and China where the state is the only voice allowed.”

He then stated that he remains optimistic about America’s future regardless of what happens on Tuesday, but added that “America and Israel will be stronger under Trump.”

Pincus concluded by stating that he will be voting for Trump, even though he lives in the “one-party state” of California. “But i feel its important that i state my position anyway,” he said.

Throughout the 2024 campaign cycle, the Trump-Vance Campaign has received an unprecedented wave of support from Silicon Valley figures and other tech entrepreneurs who have long supported Democrats.

Facebook and Paypal co-founder Peter Thiel, along with his protege David Sacks, have pumped millions of dollars into the campaign and hosted several fundraisers.

Trump’s support among Silicon Valley tycoons really accelerated after the October 7 attacks and subsequent anti-Israel protests that have erupted across the county. Billionaire hedge fund manager Bill Ackman cited rising antisemitism as a major factor in his decision to endorse Trump after supporting Democrat campaigns over the last decade.

“I am going to formally endorse @realDonaldTrump,” Ackman wrote in an X post after Trump was nearly assassinated during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13. “I assure you that I have made this decision carefully, rationally, and by relying on as much empirical data as possible.” Ackman joined Mosaic co-author Marc Andreessen, Ben Horowitz, and several additional Silicon Valley figures in endorsing Trump after the attempt on his life.

Most notably, X and SpaceX owner Elon Musk enthusiastically endorsed Trump in the immediate aftermath of the Butler rally. “I fully endorse President Trump and hope for his rapid recovery,” Musk wrote at the time.

Musk has gone on to campaign for Trump in battleground states and in October, he launched a get-out-the-vote effort that awards random swing state voters with checks for $1 million if they register to vote and sign a petition in support of the First and Second Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. He also joined Trump onstage when he returned to Butler for a triumphant rally last month.
