NEW: Eric Trump Reveals Jaw Dropping Plans For New Trump Tower
Eric Trump, the executive vice president of the Trump Organization, has unveiled renderings for the ambitious new Trump Tower set to rise in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The announcement, made on social media, marks a significant expansion of the Trump brand into the Middle East, with promises of luxury, opulence, and global appeal.
Trump Tower Jeddah will be the fifth collaboration between the Trump Organization and Dar Global, a Dubai-based luxury real estate developer. “Incredibly proud to officially launch a project that has been underway for many months, Trump Tower – Jeddah!” Eric wrote on X. “Thank you to our partners @dar_global – This will be our 5th project together and among the most luxurious buildings anywhere in the world!” which includes a 47-story building.
The Trump Organization has a storied history of international developments, with properties in locations ranging from New York to Istanbul and Dubai. Dar Global, the project’s development partner, has a reputation for delivering opulent real estate, particularly in the Middle East.
The two firms have committed about $532 million to develop a residential apartment project, expected to be completed within four years according to The Hill. The Trump Organization is teaming up with London-based real estate firm Dar Global on a $500 million Trump International hotel complex in Oman. The Trump Organization will not own or manage the property.

Eric Trump said in a statement, “We are thrilled to expand our footprint in the Middle East and bring the Trump standard of luxury to the region through our long-standing relationship with Dar Global. This collaboration embodies our shared vision of creating landmark developments that exude luxury, quality, and sophistication. Together with Dar Global, we are setting new benchmarks for excellence, aiming to meet the demand for iconic properties in key markets.”
Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, added, “We are delighted to strengthen our ongoing relationship with The Trump Organization and expand our portfolio by delivering premium properties to redefine Saudi Arabia’s high-growth real estate market. The new agreement in Saudi Arabia will leverage the strengths of both organizations to attract more international investors and vacationers. This collaboration underscores our commitment to grow our footprint by elevating the standards of luxury living in the region.”
Saudi Arabia’s real estate market has seen increased activity as the nation pushes to attract international investment. Jeddah, in particular, serves as a key location given its role as a gateway to Mecca and a focal point of Saudi development. Jeddah, often referred to as the “Bride of the Red Sea,” is Saudi Arabia’s second-largest city and a vital commercial hub. Situated on the western coast along the Red Sea, it serves as the principal gateway to Mecca, the holiest city in Islam, located approximately 65 kilometers to the east.
Trump Towers flagship property, Trump Tower New York, stands on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue as a symbol of premium living and business. In the U.S., other notable Trump Towers include Chicago’s riverfront skyscraper, Las Vegas’s golden tower near the Strip, and luxury residential towers in Miami. Internationally, Trump Towers span Istanbul, Manila, Mumbai, Pune, and Punta del Este, catering to elite markets with high-end residences and amenities. Some properties, like Vancouver and Panama, have been rebranded or closed. Eric Trump’s recent announcement of Trump Tower Jeddah in Saudi Arabia marks the brand’s growing Middle Eastern presence, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals.
