WATCH: Democrat Rep. Goes On Bizarre Rant About ‘D*** Pics’

In a bizarre House Oversight Committee hearing, Rep. Robert Garcia, (D-CA) launched into an unhinged tirade against DOGE’s Elon Musk and Republican lawmakers Wednesday. His remarks veered into discussions of “d*ck pics” and laden accusations.

Garcia’s outburst began with a broadside against House Republicans, accusing them of trying to dismantle key government agencies and social safety nets. “We should in no way be cooperating with House Republicans who want to shut down the Department of Education and destroy Medicare and Medicaid,” Garcia claimed.

“Now I find it ironic of course that our chairwoman Congresswoman [Marjorie Taylor] Greene (R-GA) is in charge of running this committee. Now in the last Congress chairwoman Greene literally showed a d*ck pic in our oversight congressional hearing, so I thought I’d bring one as well.”

Garcia was referring to the moment during a congressional hearing on Hunter Biden, in which Greene displayed explicit images as part of her argument against the president’s son. In an apparent attempt at political grandstanding, Garcia then held up a poster of Musk, taking aim at the billionaire tech mogul by calling him a “d*ck.”

“Now, this, of course, we know is President Elon Musk. He’s also the world’s richest man. He was the biggest political donor in the last election. He has billions of dollars in conflicts of interest,” Garcia claimed, falsely referring to Musk as “President.”

“We know that he is leading a power grab also abided by and encouraged by Donald Trump and of course the chairwoman, Congresswoman Greene,” Garcia continued.

Garcia serves as the Ranking Member of the National Security, Border, and Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on the Oversight Committee.

At the heart of his complaints was Musk’s involvement in staffing decisions within federal agencies. He accused Musk of appointing unqualified individuals—whom he mockingly referred to as “DOGE staffers”—to key government positions.

“Elon Musk is sending his unqualified DOGE staff to carry out this agenda across all these agencies and in some cases actually teenage staffers,” Garcia fumed. “No accountability, no experience, and problematic records. They’re trying to rob you and they’re probably a minor.”

Garcia painted a doomsday scenario in which Republicans and Musk were working together to eliminate the Department of Education, roll back labor protections, and dismantle social programs. Musk has become a frequent target of left-wing politicians and media figures since his takeover of X (formerly Twitter) and his criticisms of liberal policies.

“DOGE is trying to abolish the Department of Education. That means opportunities denied to kids,” he insisted. “You’re ripping away opportunities for children with disabilities who are dependent on this money.”

“This entire plan is about hurting the American social safety net and destroying our institutions,” Garcia claimed.

Throughout his monologue, Garcia repeatedly invoked Musk as a central villain, accusing him of wielding his wealth to exert influence over American democracy. “This committee wants to empower the richest person in the world to hurt people so they can take all of this money that they so-called want to save and then give it to themselves, their companies and their billionaire friends,” he asserted.
