Trump Shares Jaw-Dropping Story Of Epstein ‘Poaching’ Women From Mar-A-Lago

President Donald Trump lashed out at the media on Tuesday, accusing outlets of distorting his past statements about banning Jeffrey Epstein from Mar-a-Lago for being a “creep.”

The initial description of Epstein, echoed by Trump’s spokesman, has been framed by reporters as contradictory to his latest assertion that Epstein was instead denied entrance after “poaching” women from the resort and spa inside Trump’s famous residence.

Trump pushed back forcefully on Tuesday, accusing the late pedophile and financier of “stealing” the young women who worked for him.

“People were taken out of the spa, hired by him. In other words, gone,” Trump said aboard Air Force One.

“When I heard about it, I told him, I said, listen, we don’t want you taking our people, whether it’s spa or not spa … And he was fine. And not too long after he did it again. And I said outta here,” he explained.

“I have a great spa,” Trump added. “One of the best spas in the world at Mar-a-Lago.”

The anecdote comes one day after Trump claimed that Epstein “stole people who worked for me,” the first admission about his relationship with Epstein since the White House alleged it was creepy behavior by Epstein that got him banned from the club. Trump maintained that both claims were true.

Asked whether Virginia Giuffre, the victim who died by suicide earlier this year and worked at Mar-a-Lago for a brief period, was one of the women Epstein poached, Trump replied, “I think so. I think that was one of the people,” adding that Epstein “stole her.”

“And by the way, she had no complaints about us whatsoever,” the president added.

Trump’s relationship with Epstein has come under intense scrutiny following the U.S. Justice Department’s decision to effectively close its investigation without charging other individuals or declassifying all documents. U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that no alleged client list had been found despite claiming the opposite during a previous interview.

Since then, Trump has downplayed Epstein’s significance while also directing Bondi to open up more files from the investigation. That effort hit a snag last week when a federal judge denied her request to unseal evidence presented to a grand jury before Epstein’s 2019 arrest.

Asked whether he booted Epstein from Mar-a-Lago because he was a “creep” or he “stole workers,” Trump responded: “Well maybe they’re the same thing, sort of a little bit of the same thing,”

“He took people that worked for me and I told him don’t do it anymore and he did it so I said stay the hell out of here,” the president said, Politico reported.
