‘No Doubt’: Michael Cohen Predicts John Bolton Will Be Indicted

Disgraced attorney Michael Cohen — who currently serves as a legal analyst for MSNBC — said there is “no doubt” that former National Security Advisor John Bolton will be indicted after the FBI raided his home and office on Friday morning.

According to a report from the New York Post, the raids on Bolton’s properties centered on allegations that he sent “highly sensitive” classified documents to his family from a private email server while working in the White House.

Federal investigators turned up at Bolton’s residence in Bethesda, Maryland around 7 a.m. Friday as part of an investigation ordered by FBI Director Kash Patel, an unnamed Trump official told the outlet. Agents later traveled to Bolton’s office, but did not enter until a judge signed off on a search warrant.

“NO ONE is above the law… @FBI agents on mission,” Patel said in a cryptic post to X shortly after the raid began.

While discussing the raid with MSNBC, Cohen recalled the FBI raids on his own properties and concluded that there is “no doubt” Bolton will be indicted. “Well, I’ve been there, as you know, years back, they raided my home hotel and my law office as well,” the disgraced attorney, who went to prison for perjury, told MSNBC’s Allie Raffa.

Let me be very clear about something. What we have here is the Trump team, the DOJ, going through, for example, the book, ‘The Room Where It All Happened,’ which I actually had read while I was in solitary confinement. And they’ve noticed that there are many aspects of this book that appear to be of national security importance,” he continued.

And that’s what I believe that they predicated this raid upon. I also believe that there is no doubt that he will be indicted. They will find documents once they go through, for example, his computer. They’ll find the manuscript. They’ll see emails going back and forth between John Bolton, his people, as well as maybe he attorney that reviewed it for, you know, for legal ease and for, you know, for questions.”

Cohen — who has become a massive Trump critic after his criminal convictions for conduct that had nothing to do with the Trump organization — went on to suggest that Bolton should “lawyer up” and noted that former NSA translator Reality Winner was prosecuted for leaking classified information in 2018.
