Chilling New Details Reveal Direct Role Democrats Played In Death Of Iryna Zarutska

A national “catch-and-release” business cut Decarlos Brown, Jr. loose from custody before he went on to kill a Ukrainian woman traveling unaccompanied on a late-night train last month, Jesse Watters asserted on Tuesday.

The killing of Iryna Zarutska has shocked America after footage was released showing the cold-blooded murder by Brown, 34, a former inmate with a long rap sheet and history of mental illness. Over the past decade, he shuffled in and out of prison, emergency rooms, and the care of custodians who might have prevented the tragedy if they had held him for further evaluation.

But under a new business model, courthouses “stop criminals from going to prison so they can spit ’em back out onto the street,” Fox News’ Jesse Watters revealed.

Many of the justice officials involved with Brown have ties back to Democratic officials, he explained. North Carolina Magistrate Judge Teresa Stokes, who last interacted with Brown in January, turned him loose on a “written promise” to return for his court hearing after he was arrested for abusing the 911 system.

Stokes, who has no law degree, was a donor and “strong supporter of former Vice President Kamala Harris,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt thundered from the White House on Tuesday.

The judge “released this insane criminal once again without requiring him to pay any bail. He simply had to sign a written promise to return for her court hearing,” she explained.

Stokes was nominated by Mecklenburg County Court Clerk Elisa Chinn-Gary, who refers to herself on her LinkedIn page as a “DEI consultant” and “racial equity organizer.”

“Her life mission? Reparations,” Watters stated as he shared a past quote from Chinn-Gary about eliminating “structural racism” from the judicial system.

Stokes was also nominated by Judge Carla Archie, a friend of Obama, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, and who in 2019 was awarded “Diversity Champion of the Year” by the Mecklenburg Bar Association.

“Dumb DAs and DEI judges are releasing career criminals like DeCarlos onto the streets, and every time someone gets killed, they say, ‘Oops,'” Watters angrily noted.

President Donald Trump on Wednesday called for the death penalty for Brown, upping the ante on federal charges that are typically reserved for acts of terrorism.

“The ANIMAL who so violently killed the beautiful young lady from Ukraine, who came to America searching for peace and safety, should be given a ‘Quick’ (there is no doubt!) Trial, and only awarded THE DEATH PENALTY,” Trump posted. “There can be no other option!”

“This cashless bail started a wave in our country where a killer kills somebody and is out on the street by the afternoon and, in many cases, going out and killing again, cashless bail,” Trump told reporters on Monday.
