WATCH: Trump Stares Down And Mocks Liberal Protestors During Rare Public Outing In DC
President Donald Trump was greeted by a group of hostile pro-Palestinian protesters at Joe’s Seafood restaurant in D.C., who referred to the commander-in-chief as today’s “Hitler.” This, however, did not faze the president, who simply stared them down and mocked them as they continued their protest.
Trump, accompanied by his Secret Service detail, visited the restaurant, located a block away from the White House, on Tuesday evening to demonstrate the safety of the streets of D.C. following the takeover of local law enforcement by federal officials.
A video of the encounter was posted on social media platform X, along with a caption that read, “President Trump just stared down and MOCKED Free Palestine “protestors” who called him ‘HlTLER’ in a DC restaurant. LMAO! 47 is UNFAZED by leftist bul****.”
Another post read, “Holy smokes. Trump just stared down Free Palestine protesters who called him ‘the Hitler of our time” in a D.C. restaurant.”

Vice President JD Vance can also be seen in the clip, having accompanied the president on his jaunt to the eatery.
Folks on social media shared their own reactions to the video, with one user asking, “Why did the Secret Service allow them to get that close?”
Another said, “They won’t forget that glare.” Someone else wrote, “LMAO. What a bunch of losers.” Another comment read, “Why did the Secret Service allow those people in? They are lunatics and you don’t know when they may snap!”
This excursion marks the first time during both terms that President Trump has visited a restaurant, other than a steakhouse that was located within his former Pennsylvania Avenue hotel.
Along with Vance, the president was accompanied by Secretary of War Pete Hegseth and Secretary of State Marco Rubio. As Trump exited his motorcade outside the restaurant, he took an opportunity to greet the crowd. Some folks cheered while others booed and yelled obscenities at him.
“Here I am standing out in the middle of the street. I wouldn’t have done this three months ago, four months ago. I certainly wouldn’t have done it a year ago. This was one of the most unsafe cities in the country. Now it’s as safe as there is in the country,” Trump said to members of the press outside the restaurant. “The restaurants now are booming. People are going out to dinner where they didn’t go out for years, and it’s a safe city.”
Not long after entering the establishment, a group of women protesters came inside yelling, “Free DC! Free Palestine! Trump is the Hitler of our Time!” Eventually, they were led across the street by law enforcement officials.
