JUST IN: Trump Authorizes ‘Full Force’ Against Leftist Mobs Attacking ICE Facilities
President Donald Trump announced Saturday morning that he had authorized any force necessary against far-left mobs who have been attacking federal facilities and agents in the city of Portland for several weeks.
The announcement comes after widespread outrage among Trump voters over continued assaults on federal facilities across the nation, despite the fact that the president signed an executive order aimed at dismantling left-wing terrorist networks just a day before. Portland has long been an epicenter of left-wing violence, which has continued in the president’s second term.
Footage obtained by on-the-ground reporter Kate Daviscourt indicates that organized terror cells have repeatedly attacked federal facilities in the west coast city since President Trump returned to the White House this past January. On Saturday morning, the president directed War Secretary Pete Hegseth to deploy military assets to the city in order to protect federal agents.
“At the request of Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, I am directing Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to provide all necessary Troops to protect War ravaged Portland, and any of our ICE Facilities under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists,” Trump announced in a Truth Social post. “I am also authorizing Full Force, if necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” the post added.

Short for “antifascist,” the black-bloc group operates hundreds of chapters across the United States. Supporters claim that there is no uniform Antifa organization, though localized groups fly the same flag, dress similarly and participate in similar operations.
The group is most infamous for their activities in the Pacific Northwest, where dozens members in cities like Portland and Seattle have been arrested for acts of political violence. Dozens of Antifa members were charged for setting fire to federal buildings in downtown Portland during the Black Lives Matter riots in 2020, the murder of a Trump supporter by a self-identified Antifa member in August of that year, and numerous acts of arson during the peak of unrest in 2020 and 2021.
Antifa members also played a prominent role in the “CHAZ” autonomous zone set up in Seattle during the height of the George Floyd riots, which led to two deaths and a number of additional shootings. Local Antifa and members of other far-left groups patrolled the area with weapons as they claimed to act as the zone’s “security forces.”
Much of the group’s violent activities and tactics have been extensively covered by veteran reporter Andy Ngo, who suffered a brain bleed when he was brutally beaten by Antifa militants in Portland in 2019.
The president has already deployed military assets in order to protect federal agents and secure deportation operations in California. The deployment came in response to weeks of organized left-wing rioting and has continued under the discretion of Secretary Hegseth.
