Illegal Alien Accused Of Offering $10,000 Bounties On ICE Agents
A 23-year-old illegal alien accused of offering $10,000 bounties to anyone who would kill U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents was arrested Tuesday in Texas, prosecutors announced Friday.
Eduardo Aguilar, who was living in Dallas, is charged with transmitting in interstate or foreign commerce a communication containing a threat, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Aguilar allegedly posted a TikTok video on October 9 in which he called for 10 dudes in Dallas with determination who aren’t afraid to [two skull emojis].” He then added, in Spanish, that he would pay $10k for each ICE agent.”
Skull emojis are widely used as a short-hand for “die” or “kill,” prosecutors noted. Upon making the arrest, federal agents recovered a loaded handgun, according to a press release from DHS. It is a felony for illegal aliens to possess firearms in the United States.
“Thanks to the quick work of law enforcement, this illegal alien who was offering $10,000 cash bounties for the murder of ICE law enforcement is in custody and facing federal charges. We are thankful this illegal alien who had a firearm in his possession was arrested before he could kill one of our law enforcement officers,” said DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.
“Our agents are facing ambushes, terrorist attacks, and death threats, all because they dare to enforce the laws passed by Congress. We will not back down from these threats, and every criminal, terrorist, and illegal alien will face American justice.”

Aguilar first entered the United States in 2018 as an unaccompanied minor, officials said. While in the country illegally, he has racked up criminal charges for violating liquor laws. On February 8, 2019, an immigration judge issued him a final order of removal
The case will be tried in the Northern District of Texas, which is the site of two recent left-wing terrorist attacks targeting ICE personnel and agents with other federal agents.
Last month, two detainees were killed and a third seriously wounded when a gunman indiscriminately opened fire on an ICE facility from a nearby rooftop. The detainees were killed when the gunman, who turned the gun on himself after carrying out the attack, indiscriminately fired into a van parked in the facility’s sally port, a controlled entryway used by law enforcement to securely transport prisoners.
Investigators recovered shell casings with anti-ICE messaging from the gunman’s firing position.
Back in July, a group of 11 heavily-armed Antifa-linked militants attacked an ICE facility in Alvarado, Texas, located about 26 miles south of Fort Worth. The group set off fireworks and vandalized cars outside the facility in an effort to draw agents outside, at which point gunmen would open fire from a wooded area outside the facility, prosecutors allege.
A local police officer was shot in the neck when responding to the scene. The officer was immediately airlifted to a hospital in Fort Worth and was able to recover from his injuries.
Earlier this week, prosecutors announced terrorism charges against two of the participants in the July attack, marking the first time terrorism enhancements have been used against members of the far-left group. President Donald Trump recently moved to designate Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization.
