Hunter Biden’s Ex Demands His Arrest, Reveals Disgraceful Reason Why

Hunter Biden’s former girlfriend and the mother of his 7-year-old daughter is urging a judge to throw the disgraced ex–first son behind bars over what she calls his refusal to live up to a child support deal.

Lunden Roberts asked an Arkansas judge Tuesday to reopen the bitter court fight and jail the 55-year-old felon until he complies with the agreement the two reached in 2023, according to court records reviewed by The Post.

“Incarcerate him in the Independence County Detention Center as a civil penalty until he purges his contempt by complying with this court’s orders,” the filing states.

Roberts, 34, previously settled the dispute after Biden agreed to turn over proceeds from a “specified number” of his art pieces to their daughter, Navy Joan Roberts, then 4. In court filings, the child is identified as “MC [minor child] 1.”

As part of the deal, Roberts dropped her push to give the girl the Biden last name and cut her monthly child support demand from $20,000 to $5,000.

Biden for years denied he was the child’s father until a court-ordered DNA test in 2019 proved otherwise.

Hunter Biden addresses the media on December 13, 2023.

The motion says Biden and his daughter bonded during scheduled phone calls, but that he abruptly cut off contact in 2024 after the release of Roberts’ book, “Out of the Shadows,” which the filing says “neither disparaged nor derided” him.

Roberts claims Biden caused “emotional trauma” when Navy attended a family wedding and realized her father would not walk with her down the aisle or dance with her at the reception.

She argued that Biden only engages in the case when “he has to do so,” and that jail time is the only way to force compliance.

“The defendant should be incarcerated as a criminal penalty for flaunting the dignity and authority of this court,” the filing says. The motion was first reported on X by the right-wing nonprofit research group Marco Polo.

Despite the alleged rejection, the filing says Navy still believes her father will go to heaven and told family members “she ‘could not wait to get to heaven’” so she could “be with (her) dad” who “lives far away and is really busy.”

“To this day, MC1 has not heard again from her father, and this is baffling to [Roberts] and her family because Mr. Biden said that he had ‘lived in guilt and remorse every second of every day that [he] hasn’t been in [MC1’s] life,’” the motion states.
