NEW: Iran Plotted To Kill Trump With Sniper, Shock Report Claims

Iran allegedly explored multiple ways to assassinate President Donald Trump, including using a sniper, a knife attack at a public event and even a shoulder-fired missile targeting Air Force One, according to a stunning new report.

Israeli officials reportedly warned U.S. intelligence agencies several times over the past year that Tehran was plotting to kill Trump as tensions between the United States and Iran escalated.

Some of those warnings were also relayed directly to senior White House officials, according to people familiar with the intelligence.

The alleged plots included recruiting an attacker to stab Trump during a large public appearance or positioning a sniper to shoot him.

The warnings reportedly began ahead of the 12-day war in June 2025 and became more urgent before the United States launched military strikes in Iran in February.

The most dramatic warning came ahead of the NATO summit in Ankara in July.

Israeli intelligence reportedly alerted the White House to information suggesting Iran could attempt to kill Trump while he traveled aboard Air Force One, potentially using a shoulder-launched missile.

U.S. intelligence agencies were unable to independently confirm some of the specific Israeli warnings, and Turkish intelligence officials also reportedly found no evidence backing the alleged NATO summit plot.

Still, the Secret Service and White House treated the possibility seriously enough to take extraordinary precautions.

During the Turkey trip, security officials reportedly carried out a deception operation that included transferring Trump from Air Force One to another aircraft before he left the country.

The precautions came against the backdrop of longstanding U.S. intelligence assessments that Iran has sought revenge against Trump over the 2020 killing of Iranian military commander Qassem Soleimani.

The assassination warnings also reportedly factored into Trump’s thinking as he weighed military action against Tehran earlier this year.

American and Israeli intelligence officials have not always agreed over the scale of the threat posed by Iran.

U.S. intelligence agencies assessed earlier this year that Iran was not actively building a nuclear weapon, while Israel argued Tehran presented a far more immediate danger.

Trump ultimately moved forward with strikes against Iran in February.

A spokesperson for the Israeli Embassy pushed back on suggestions that Jerusalem was feeding Washington intelligence in an effort to steer Trump toward a harder line against Tehran.

‘The same people who claim that Israel is trying to influence U.S. policy through alleged intelligence sharing would just as soon accuse Israel of concealing critical information if it benefited their own agenda,’ the spokesperson said.

Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi declined to discuss specific intelligence but said agents continuously evaluate threats surrounding the president.

‘The U.S. Secret Service continuously analyses a wide range of information to guide our protective operations in real time and across every location we secure,’ he said.

The United States has long depended heavily on Israeli intelligence for information about Iran and other threats across the Middle East.

That intelligence typically flows through agencies including the CIA and National Security Agency before U.S. analysts evaluate whether the information can be independently confirmed.

In several instances related to recent military operations involving Iran, the CIA reportedly assigned “low confidence” to Israeli intelligence about alleged Iranian threats, including possible plans targeting Donald Trump.

Even so, senior Israeli officials reportedly bypassed traditional intelligence channels on several occasions and directly briefed senior Trump administration officials, including officials inside the White House Situation Room.

The new report highlights just how seriously the administration has taken threats against Trump following multiple assassination attempts and a broader surge in security concerns surrounding the president.

Whether every alleged Iranian plot can ultimately be verified remains unclear, but the warnings were serious enough to trigger extraordinary security measures around Trump as Washington’s confrontation with Tehran intensified.
