BREAKING: Susie Wiles Announces Cancer Update

White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles announced Wednesday that she is cancer free, six months after revealing that she had been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer.

Wiles shared the update after a medical appointment at the Mayo Clinic, saying her latest pathology results came back clear.

“Some personal news I’m grateful to share,” Wiles wrote. “After a medical appointment at the Mayo Clinic this week, my pathology results came back clear.

“I am cancer free.”

The announcement marks a major turn in Wiles’ health battle after President Donald Trump publicly revealed her diagnosis in March.

At the time, Trump said Wiles had been diagnosed at an early stage, had an excellent prognosis and planned to continue working at the White House while undergoing treatment.

Wiles remained on the job throughout her treatment, continuing to serve as Trump’s chief of staff and one of the most influential officials inside the administration.

In Wednesday’s announcement, Wiles thanked the people who supported her during the past six months, including her family, friends and medical team.

She also expressed gratitude to those who prayed for her during treatment.

“A special thank you to President Trump for his unwavering support,” she added. “I am deeply grateful and will continue to work to advance his America First Agenda.”

Wiles made history when she became the first woman to serve as White House chief of staff.

She previously played a central role in Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign before taking over the top staff position in the White House following his return to office.

Her cancer diagnosis became public March 16, when Trump praised her strength and said she intended to confront the illness immediately rather than step away from her duties.

Susie Wiles later confirmed the diagnosis herself and said doctors had detected the breast cancer early.

Her latest update comes after months of treatment and continued work inside the administration.

The pathology results Wiles announced Wednesday mean doctors found no evidence of cancer in the tissue examined, according to her statement.

Wiles said she plans to remain focused on her role at the White House following the encouraging medical news.
