Karoline Leavitt Reveals Her New Project After Leaving White House
Former White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt has revealed a new project after stepping away from the West Wing, and it has nothing to do with a television deal or another full-time political job.
Leavitt, 29, is turning her attention to renovating a home in Florida that she shares with her husband, real estate developer Nicholas Riccio.
The former Trump spokeswoman gave followers a glimpse of the project over the weekend, posting photos from the property and asking whether they wanted to follow along with the renovation.
“We are renovating our place in Florida. Would you like to follow along?” she asked her followers alongside a poll with yes and no options.
Leavitt offered another clue about the family’s plans Monday while discussing a stroller on Instagram.
“So many questions about our double stroller! I love the Nuna, but we needed another stroller for our Florida home,” she wrote on her Instagram story over a picture of her two children, two-year-old son Niko and four-month-old Viviana.
From the convention in Dallas, through the Florida renovation, to some well-deserved relaxation by the pool with Nico and Vivi.

She added that the family does not plan to live there year-round.
“I ordered this on Amazon since we will only be here for a few months of the year, and it’s less expensive.”
Leavitt and Riccio primarily live in New Hampshire, where they met in 2022 while she was campaigning for Congress.
Riccio works in real estate and reportedly owns a portfolio of properties.
Karoline Leavitt left the White House at the end of August after becoming the youngest press secretary in U.S. history.
She said the demands of the job had become difficult to balance with raising two young children.

In her final official interview as press secretary, Leavitt described leaving the job as bittersweet.
“It’s bitter because I’m leaving a job that I love so very much, and it’s been the honor and blessing of a lifetime to work for this president, President Trump. There will never be another like him and to serve as his spokesperson behind that podium. It has been the adventure of a lifetime,” she added.
She also explained why she believed it was time to spend more time at home.
“They’re just at a critical time in their life when they need their mom home a little bit more,” she said of her growing brood.
Leavitt has not completely left Trump’s political orbit.
Donald Trump announced in August that she would remain one of his outside advisers after leaving the administration, and Leavitt has also confirmed that she plans to return to MAGA Inc., the Trump-aligned super PAC where she previously worked as a spokeswoman.
For now, though, her public attention appears to be focused on family life and the Florida renovation.
“Living our best life,” she wrote Saturday alongside a photo of her children relaxing by a pool.
