Key Hunter Biden Witness To Testify, But Critical Documents Seized By FBI Inaccessible
Hunter Biden’s business associate Devon Archer is set to testify to the House Oversight Committee chaired by James Comer (R-KY) on July 24th about his close business partnership with the president’s son according to Just the News. Mr. Archer may know how and why Hunter Biden was able to get a seat on the board of Burisma, a shady Ukrainian energy company, that was courting the president’s son from Russia to China, what business partners received access to then Vice President Joe Biden, and if any favors were done by Joe Biden toward Hunter Biden’s business associates. Devon Archer also has knowledge about which shell companies were used to launder money by the Biden family.
The major snag to Mr. Archer’s testimony is the (in)convenient fact that the documents the Federal Bureau of Investigation seized years ago are still locked in storage despite Mr. Archer paying for full access to them. Mr. Archer was tried and convicted for “fraudulent issuance and sale of more than $60 million of tribal bonds” and sentenced to a year and a day in jail. Devon Archer still maintains that he was unaware that fraudulent practices occurred in his tribal deal.
Still, even with this caveat of the documents issue, Republican members of the Oversight Committee are eager to speak with Mr. Archer. Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) said “I am looking forward to hearing from Devon Archer…It takes a lot of courage for him to come forward. He is close to that family and to Hunter and Joe.”
Mr. Biggs stated that one of the angles he wanted to pursue was whether the Biden political machine put pressure on Archer to suppress allegations concerning the president’s son. The Arizona Republican opined that “I’ll tell you what else. I have no doubt that these folks have tried to put pressure and threatened him as well…And I look forward to hearing what Devon Archer has to say.”
Representative Biggs also took to social media to state that “Whistleblowers are essential for our investigations into the Biden Crime Family. Please continue to come forward.”

Chairman Comer emphasized over social media that so far the whistleblower had “confirmed” the committee’s investigation over the bank records of the Biden family of shady business deals. Comer said “From the records [the House Oversight Committee] obtained, we know the Bidens set up over 20 shell companies, engaged in complicated financial transactions, & made an effort to hide the payments. Whistleblowers confirmed these findings.”

Devon Archer may be the biggest whistleblower to date on Hunter Biden’s business dealings. Congress may have to subpoena Archer’s records from storage prior to his testimony. As one source put it, ” [t]he cache of documents freezes in time all of the essential communications that Devon was part of, including documents and evidence that weren’t recovered from the Hunter Biden laptop.”
