Trump hints at 2024 run: ‘I’ll see you in four years’
President Donald Trump has not conceded nor accepted the results of the 2020 election, but he has hinted at making another run in 2024. The president was celebrating during a holiday party at the White House when he addressed the crowd and made the mention of it.
He stated to his audience, which boasted members of the Republican National Committee, that “it’s been an amazing four years… We’re trying to do another four years. Otherwise, I’ll see you in four years.”
Pam Pollard, who supports the Oklahoma GOP, was posting video coverage of the party. Some criticized the party for not having everyone in masks, despite some being in close quarters while inside.
It remains unclear what will happen four years from now.
Meanwhile, Trump has posted numerous times on Twitter that he’s won the election and accused Democrats of election fraud. However, he continuously gets fact checked and has warning labels added to his posts to notify readers of the differences.
His legal team is making attempts to stall the certification in some states while attempting to prove election fraud, but they have struggled thus far to make any progress that would turn the election over in Trump’s favor.
Trump’s official legal team has also indicated that attorney Sidney Powell is operating on her own and not part of the official Trump legal team.
Powell made headlines when she suggested she would release the “Kraken” but it does not appear, thus far, what her actions on the matter have accomplished.
Her website features a donation link and her Twitter bio promotes a book she’s authored.
