WATCH: Van Jones Melts Down On Air Over Possible Trump Re-Election, Claims There Will Be “Russian Tanks Across Europe”

Once again, CNN’s Van Jones spun up a wild scenario about what would happen if Donald Trump were to get re-elected in November. On Friday, Jones claimed on air that Trump’s re-election would mean that there would be “Russian tanks rolling through Europe”. Yes, really.

The conversation started when Jim Acosta asked Jones what Joe Biden can do to win over Nikki Haley voters.

“And Van, what does President Biden need to do at this point to earn those Nikki Haley supporters, bring them into the fold? We saw the Biden campaign putting out a statement from President Biden almost immediately after Nikki Haley walked off that stage in South Carolina. What do you think?” asked Acosta.

“I think he needs to talk to her donors and her supporters and say, if you want to, a year from now, watch Russian tanks rolling through Europe, then endorse Donald Trump and get on that bandwagon,” Jones began.

“But understand you’re gonna wake up one morning you’re gonna see horror across Europe you have American soldiers having to go over there and do something that we could have done with dollars. If you want to continue to see of the country being divided unable to to govern itself, well get on that Trump train….for the people like us who care about a Democracy around the world, they have a binary choice. We’re out of NATO and Russia is running over world, they have a binary choice. We’re out of NATO and Russia is running over Europe or you stand with Joe Biden,” Jones added.
