Hillary Clinton MASSIVE Failure: Hillary’s Broadway Debut FLOPS!
Despite big names and high expectations, not all shows are a guaranteed hit in the high-stakes world of New York’s Broadway.
Such is the case with Hillary Clinton’s feminist Broadway musical, Suffs, which has struggled to draw audiences. Positioned to shine a spotlight on the women’s suffrage movement with an all-female and gender non-binary cast, the production, despite its laudable intentions and a slew of Tony nominations, is grappling with less-than-expected box office numbers.
According to reports from The Broadway League, attendance for Suffs has hovered around 78% to 81% capacity, which is concerning for a new show during the peak Broadway season. For context, the Broadway musical Lempicka recently announced it would close, even though it played to an impressive 83 percent capacity just last week according to Breitbart.
Suffs placed among the bottom eight productions in that category, ranking in the lowest 23% of all 35 shows for the week. Behind the scenes, Clinton has been highly active in promoting the musical. Her appearances on major media platforms like NBC’s The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and CBS Sunday Morning were part of an effort to leverage her public profile to boost ticket sales. “Jimmy, I have to tell you, It’s a big deal. It’s a big deal for me. And now it’s on Broadway,” Clinton said back in April.

The show was also used as a platform for a political fundraiser, featuring a performance by the cast at an event co-hosted by Clinton and Lin-Manuel Miranda for President Joe Biden’s reelection campaign. Yet, despite these high-profile endorsements and Clinton’s personal involvement, Suffs has not managed to resonate sufficiently with Broadway audiences.
Amidst her backdrop of cultural and theatrical pursuits, Hillary is still capturing public eye by engaging with pressing international issues. On Thursday, she spoke candidly on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” critiquing campus protesters for their lack of historical knowledge. She said that young people “don’t know very much” about the history of the Middle East.
“I have had many conversations, as you have had, with a lot of young people over the last many months now,” she said. “They don’t know very much at all about the history of the Middle East, or frankly about history, in many areas of the world, including in our own country.”
The remarks come after a series of protests targeting her directly. In November, students walked out of her class at Columbia University. Additionally, her visit last month to Wellesley College, where she studied, was disrupted by other protests.
