At a recent gathering at Mar-a-Lago, Trump shared that while Barron’s academic achievements are commendable, the list of potential colleges has evolved significantly. “Right now, he’s doing a great job,” Trump said. “He has great marks. He’s going to be going to college soon.”

Trump said his son “had plans for a number of schools but those plans had recently changed” at the event, according to The Western Journal. The elite prep school, serving grades six through 12, boasts a 100% college acceptance rate annually, with half of its graduates moving on to top-tier universities and liberal arts colleges in the U.S. The graduation ceremony will be held at the school but will remain a private event, open only to invited guests. Although Barron is now eligible to vote in the upcoming presidential election, he will not participate as a delegate at this summer’s Republican National Convention, despite previous announcements to the contrary.

Speaking on “Kayal and Company” on Philadelphia’s Talk Radio 1210 WPHT earlier this month, Trump praised Barron’s intellect and described his input on political matters.
