REPORT: Kate Middleton ‘May Never Come Back’ To Royal Role After Treatment

Further tests, however, confirmed cancer, leading to her undergoing preventative chemotherapy. In a heartfelt video message, the Princess of Whales spoke about the overwhelming support from her family and the public.

Speculation began about her whereabouts in the beginning of the year when the she was not seen in the public eye. Speculation intensified after Middleton’s prolonged absence following her abdominal surgery in late 2023, a period that catalyzed rampant rumor-mongering.
