On Tuesday, former President Donald Trump revealed where his youngest son, Barron Trump, will be attending  school this fall. Trump, known for his straightforward and often candid remarks, hinted at the decision but kept the exact details close to the vest.

When asked directly about Barron’s college plans, Trump responded, “We’re going to announce it soon. He’s all set in a certain school that’s very good.”

“Is it in New York?” asked the reporter.

“It’s in New York,” Trump confirmed to the New York Post. “I’ll tell you soon. I’ll tell you after this. I’ll tell you off the record.” Barron, who has often stayed out of the spotlight compared to his siblings, has been praised by his father as a “very good student, smart.” Many are now left wondering whether Barron will follow in the footsteps of other high-profile figures by attending a prestigious university like NYU or Columbia.

Trump also touched on international issues, specifically the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. When asked about the recent invasion of the Kursk region by Ukrainian forces. “If I was president, nothing would have happened. It would never have happened. This is a sad thing. Millions of people have been killed. The place has been just absolutely destroyed.”

“They have to fight each other until it ends. And, you know, it’s a very sad war. It should have never happened,” he said. “October 7th should have never happened in Israel either. That would have never happened. These two things would have never happened.” Trump criticized the current administration, linking the turmoil abroad to domestic issues, particularly inflation. “Inflation would have never happened, which has destroyed so many lives in our country. Just gross incompetence. It started because of their energy policies.”
