FOX News Media is gearing up for a new addition to its lineup.

The network will debut “FOX Noticias,” a daily one-hour Spanish-language program, starting October 15. The show will air weekdays at 4 p.m. ET on FOX Deportes. John Sylvester, Fox News Senior Vice President, shared the announcement on Tuesday. “FOX & Friends Weekend” co-host Rachel Campos-Duffy will be the face of the new program, leading the effort to expand FOX News Media’s reach within the Spanish-speaking community.

“As the leading cable news provider among Hispanic viewers with one of the most diverse audiences in cable news, we are proud to deliver new headline-driven content that focuses on the issues impacting the Hispanic community,” said John Sylvester.

“I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to host ‘FOX Noticias.’ As the fastest growing electorate, accounting for nearly 20% of the population, the Hispanic American community is thriving, and I am proud to bring a new show that breaks down the news of the day with a focus on the kitchen table issues that matter most to our community,” Campos-Duffy announced.

Campos-Duffy first gained public attention in 1994 as a cast member of MTV’s “The Real World: San Francisco” and later pursued a career in television hosting. Rachel guest-hosted on ABC’s “The View” and worked as a host on Fox News, including as a permanent co-host on “Fox & Friends Weekend” starting in May 2021. Her early television career included a notable stint on “The Real World: San Francisco,” where she lived with an HIV-positive housemate, Pedro Zamora, with whom she formed a significant friendship.

“FOX Noticias” will highlight topics relevant to the Hispanic community and will be accessible as a podcast through FOX News Audio. This new program will cover political developments, economic issues, immigration, and cultural trends, along with expert commentary. Its inaugural week features an interview with Panama’s newly elected President, José Raúl Mulino.
