WATCH: Harris Gets Drowned Out By Hecklers For Second Time In Two Days
Vice President Kamala Harris was visibly uncomfortable when hecklers drowned out her speech for the second time in as many days, this time in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
While Harris was campaigning in the must-win swing state, a number of pro-Palestine protesters interrupted her speech. They loudly accused her of supporting “genocide” while one called her a “piece of s**t.” Harris attempted to continue her speech, though she was largely drowned out by boos, causing her to close her notes and look off to the side as if to make an exit.
She attempted to continue her speech, but the boos persisted, leading to a lengthy pause.

On Friday night, Harris lost control of the crowd after thousands of people packed in to Shell Energy Stadium in Houston, Texas after several media outlets and Harris surrogates reported that Beyonce would be performing. When the pop superstar finally took the stage, she did not perform any songs and instead gave a short campaign speech centered mostly on abortion.
“I’m here as a mother who cares deeply about the world, my children and all of our children,” she said. “A world where we have the freedom to control our bodies.”
After Beyonce and other celebrities gave their speeches, Harris was booed and heckled throughout the duration of her speech. The angry crowd appeared to be a mixture of Trump supporters and angry music fans who attended the rally in anticipation of a free Beyonce concert.
Harris was ultimately forced to pause her rally at multiple points due to the sheer volume of hecklers.
Former President Trump also travelled to Michigan on Friday night, where he accepted endorsements from several Muslim community leaders and politicians.
“We as Muslims stand with President Trump because he promises peace,” Imam Bella Alzuhairi told the rally crowd. “He promises peace, not war. We are supporting Donald Trump because he promised to end war in the Middle East and Ukraine. The bloodshed has to stop all over the world, and I think this man can make that happen.”
Harris has attempted to regain lost ground with Democrat voters who are critical of the administration’s handling of the War in Gaza. Harris has largely offered vague commentary on the War in Gaza, often referring to Israel as an ally while also calling for an end to arms shipments and a ceasefire.
In Michigan — which boasts a sizable Muslim American community — President Biden was faced with an “uncommitted” primary campaign due to his handling of the war in Gaza. In total, more than 10 percent of Michigan Democrats voted against Biden, far surpassing the target goal of 10,000 votes.
