Alina Habba Hints At ‘Incredibly Disturbing’ Epstein Files, Criminal Charges: ‘I Believe It Will Be Today’
White House counselor Alina Habba revealed in a bombshell interview with Piers Morgan that the long-anticipated release of Jeffrey Epstein’s client list and associated flight logs is expected to take place soon. Habba, who has been closely involved with discussions surrounding the release, suggested that criminal charges are imminent.
“I believe it will be today,” Habba told Morgan, referring to the release of the Epstein files. “I was just with, I saw Pam [Bondi] and Kash [Patel] in the White House just before coming on your show.”
“I can tell you that I haven’t been privy to it yet, but I know it is coming out.”
The files, which reportedly include flight logs and names of individuals tied to Epstein, have been a source of widespread speculation and controversy for years. Habba said that the contents of these documents would be both extensive and alarming.
“We have flight logs, we have information, names that will come out,” she confirmed. When Morgan pressed her on whether the revelations would be shocking, she responded, “I don’t see how it’s not shocking.”
During the interview, Morgan pointed out that, to date, only one person—Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell—has faced prison time for the scandal. “No man so far has actually been put in prison as a result of what happened. Do you think by releasing information from these files, we are likely to see criminal actions being taken?” he asked.

Habba’s response was unequivocal. “Absolutely,” she declared. “I think it would be negligent for us not to. You have to hold individuals who are indeed rapists accountable. We have to have them tried, in my opinion.”
Habba also took aim at efforts to conceal the full scope of Epstein’s network, suggesting that political connections may have shielded powerful figures from accountability. “To hide lists, to protect political friends, all of that, we don’t have time for that.”
The latest confirmation from Habba comes after U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Wednesday that the files were set to be released imminently. Bondi, under pressure to disclose the documents, stated last week that the files were already on her desk, awaiting final review.
Speaking to Fox News host Jesse Watters, Bondi underscored the severity of what the files contain. “Jesse, there are well over, this will make you sick, 200 victims, 200,” she said, clarifying that the actual number of victims exceeded 250.
“So we have well over 250 actually, so we have to make sure that their identity is protected and their personal information.”
When pressed on whether the initial disclosures would include Epstein’s notorious flight logs or the elusive client list, Bondi responded, “What you’re going to see hopefully tomorrow is a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot of information, but it’s pretty sick what that man did.”
President Trump, who signed an executive order authorizing the release of the Epstein files, has long vowed to make Epstein’s full client list public.
Along with these documents, the executive order also authorized the release of files relating to the assassinations of John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr., as well as classified information regarding the September 11 attacks and the origins of COVID-19.
Trump has distanced himself from Epstein since the financier’s arrest and subsequent death in 2019. Epstein, who owned a private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands where underage girls were trafficked, died under suspicious circumstances in a Manhattan federal prison. The official cause of death was ruled a suicide, but many have speculated that Epstein was silenced to protect high-profile individuals.
