Antifa Member Arrested For Shocking Threat To Murder Immigration Officers
Self-described Antifa member Kyle Wagner was arrested Wednesday on federal threat and cyberstalking charges after allegedly calling for the murder and assault of Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers, federal prosecutors announced.
Wagner, 37, of Minneapolis, was taken into custody and is expected to make an initial appearance in federal court later Wednesday, according to U.S. Attorney Jerome F. Gorgon Jr.
“This man allegedly doxxed and called for the murder of law enforcement officers, encouraged bloodshed in the streets, and proudly claimed affiliation with the terrorist organization Antifa before going on the run,” Attorney General Pamela Bondi said in a statement. “Today’s arrest illustrates that you cannot run, you cannot hide, and you cannot evade our federal agents: if you come for law enforcement, the Trump Administration will come for you.”
Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said the allegations reflect what he described as Antifa’s core ideology.
“It’s no surprise that an Antifa terrorist is allegedly threatening to kill and assault federal law enforcement officers as they dutifully remove criminal threats from neighborhoods,” Blanche said. “After all, this is what Antifa is about, lawlessness and violence. But under the leadership of President Trump and Attorney General Bondi, there is no safe haven for terrorists and no protection from the full weight of justice.”
According to the criminal complaint, Wagner escalated his online attacks against ICE operations in Minneapolis earlier this year, repeatedly posting on Facebook and Instagram urging followers to confront and assault federal officers. He referred to agents as the “gestapo” and “murderers” and encouraged physical resistance.
On Jan. 8, 2026, Wagner allegedly posted a video directly threatening ICE agents, stating, “I’ve already bled for this city, I’ve already fought for this city, this is nothing new, we’re ready this time, ICE we’re f—ing coming for you.”

Prosecutors say Wagner continued the following day, urging others to “cripple” ICE and declaring, “Anywhere we have an opportunity to get our hands on them, we need to put our hands on them.”
The complaint alleges Wagner also encouraged armed confrontations, telling followers, “This is kill or be killed,” and declaring, “We are at f—– war.” On Jan. 13, he allegedly wrote, “This is where ICE has come to die,” and warned agents, “If it has to be done at the barrel of a gun, then let us have a little f—— fun.”
Federal authorities further allege Wagner crossed from threats into doxxing on Jan. 29, when he published a pro-ICE individual’s phone number, birth information and address in Oak Park, Michigan. Wagner later admitted the address belonged to the victim’s parents, according to the complaint.

A criminal complaint is an accusation and not proof of guilt. Wagner is presumed innocent, and prosecutors said a decision on whether to seek an indictment will be made in the coming weeks.
The case was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations and is part of Operation Take Back America, a Justice Department initiative aimed at combating illegal immigration, transnational criminal organizations and violent crime.
