Barron Trump Launches A New Business
Barron Trump appears to be dipping a toe into the beverage business.
Public records filed in Florida and Delaware list Barron Trump as one of five directors of SOLLOS Yerba Mate Inc., a newly formed company headquartered near Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach.
The filings, submitted last month, describe SOLLOS as a “yerba mate beverage company.” Yerba mate, a naturally caffeinated herbal tea popular across South America, has grown in popularity in the United States as an alternative to coffee.
According to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings first reported by Newsweek, the company raised $1 million through a private placement.
The records list Spencer Bernstein, Rodolfo Castillo, Stephen Hall and Valentino Gomez alongside Barron Trump as directors. Two of the individuals appear to have attended high school with Trump at Oxbridge Academy in Palm Beach.

Bernstein, now a student at Villanova University and a former Oxbridge Academy classmate, outlined the company’s vision on LinkedIn, calling SOLLOS “a lifestyle beverage brand built around clean [and] functional ingredients.”
“I’ve decided to postpone my final semester at Villanova University to focus on something I’ve been building for the past 8 months,” Bernstein wrote last month. “Since the end of last school year I have been working alongside my co-founder, Stephen Hall, and a few close friends on SOLLOS Yerba Mate.”
Hall, currently a student at the University of Notre Dame and also an Oxbridge Academy alumnus, said the company is aiming for a spring consumer launch. No official launch date has been announced.
The venture is the latest business effort connected to Barron Trump, a sophomore at New York University’s Stern School of Business.
In July 2024, Barron Trump and two partners incorporated Trump, Fulcher & Roxburgh Capital Inc., a Wyoming-based real estate firm. That company was dissolved on Nov. 14, 2024, shortly after the presidential election.
