‘Biden Is Dead’: WH Advisor Makes Stunning Claim On Hidden Camera To Undercover Journalist

A shocking undercover video has raised even more concerns about President Joe Biden’s mental acuity after a White House National Security Council (NSC) advisor described the president as unable to complete sentences or grasp simple concepts. The video, released by James O’Keefe’s O’Keefe Media Group, features Henry Appel, an advisor in the NSC’s Intelligence Programs Directorate, candidly discussing Biden’s struggles with communication and comprehension.

Appel’s comments, made unknowingly to an undercover journalist, come as Biden faces renewed scrutiny following his failed re-election bid against Donald Trump.

“Joe Biden is, like, dead. Not literally,” Appel said in the secretly recorded video. “Like, he can’t say a sentence.”

Appel recalled an incident where Biden appeared confused over the term “novel phenomenon,” asking his advisors if it referred to a book. “My boss said it, and Biden was just like, ‘What do you mean, like a book?’” Appel recounted, suggesting that the president struggled with the common meaning of the word.

Appel also described a separate interaction with Biden during a foreign trip, where the president repeatedly called the same NSC office within minutes, asking for National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan. According to Appel, Sullivan was on the same trip with Biden at the time.

“I picked up the phone and said, ‘Hello, Mr. President,’… and he asked for Jake [Sullivan]. After a brief exchange, Biden called me back 10 seconds later asking again, ‘Is Jake there?’” Appel said. “I told him, ‘No, he’s traveling with you.’ He’s on the same trip that you are.”

Appel’s startling comments add fuel to long-standing concerns about Biden’s cognitive fitness. During his presidency, Republicans and critics often accused Biden of exhibiting signs of mental decline, citing moments of confusion in public appearances and interviews.

The conversation took an even more startling turn when Appel revealed the emotional state of White House staff following Trump’s re-election in 2024. He described his team as “trauma-bonded” and admitted fears about how the incoming Trump administration might scrutinize their actions. “We’re trauma-bonded. I gotta find a new job…. there were a lot of tears,” Appel admitted. “We’re also all kind of concerned about them [Trump administration] coming after us.”

The revelation aligns with growing speculation about internal turmoil in the White House after Trump’s landslide victory. Trump’s campaign centered heavily on Biden’s fitness to serve and his administration’s handling of national security, promising accountability for perceived missteps.
