Biden Makes Unhinged Comment To Worker: ‘My Marine Has A Code To Blow Up The World!’
During a visit to a manufacturing plant in Colorado on Wednesday, Joe Biden made a wildly odd remark once again — a common theme during his Presidency.
While introducing himself to factory workers at CS Wind, the largest wind tower manufacturer in the world, Biden said, “My Marine carries that, and has the code to blow up the world.”
He then added, “Nuclear weapons,” seemingly to clarify his statement.
The “nuclear football” is a briefcase, the contents of which are to be used by the President of the United States to authorize a nuclear attack while away from fixed command centers, such as the White House Situation Room.
While the presence of the nuclear football is a standard procedure during presidential travels, it is highly unusual for a president to acknowledge its existence in such a casual setting. It functions as a mobile hub for communication and command in the event of a national emergency, particularly a nuclear war.
The football is officially known as the “President’s Emergency Satchel.” Whether intended as a joke or not, the remark certainly raised eyebrows.

It should be illegal for this cognitively impaired man to be in charge of the nuclear codespic.twitter.com/kePVm2O4lJ
