Joe Biden will stop at nothing to get his way and ban guns in America and his latest move is perhaps the most insidious route to ensure his bidding is done.
While speaking to the press and the public on Tuesday the President openly used the MSU tragedy as a way to call for a ban on assault weapons. During his speech, the President referenced the MSU mass shooting and claimed that there was “no rationale to have assault weapons.”
“I’m gonna say something that’s always controversial but there is no rationale for assault weapons and magazines that hold 50, 70 bullets,” Biden said in the full quote.

This statement comes on the heels of multiple other attempts from the Biden administration trying to pass anti-gun legislation as of late.
Biden’s use of the tragedy to push his own policy efforts is only the latest look at Biden’s attempt to solidify his legacy while capitalizing on the tragedy at MSU.
The shooting which took place last night, left three students dead and five others injured after an armed gunman open fired on Michigan State University’s campus. BBC reports that the all victims were in fact students and the injured are still in critical condition.
It’s clear that Joe Biden is merely using this tragedy as a tool to pass his gun control dreams since he announced that he would be gearing up more attacks on gun laws during his State of the Union address just last week.
During his speech Biden begun yelling about he wanted to ban assault weapons in America which drew lots of attention. Check out a video of him showing his anti-gun passion below:

President Biden’s passion however, has come to a breaking point where he now feels like he can use tragedies in order to pass what he wants during his time in office.
It is unclear if Biden’s attempt to capitalize on the MSU tragedy will work out for him but more attacks like these on the Second Amendment and gun rights in America are certain to come while he is in office.
