The USCPR, the same group that stormed the Hart Senate Capitol Office Building on Dec. 12th posted video of the action in the rotunda and claimed responsibility. As previously reported by Trending Politics, the USCPR’s parent organization ‘Education for Just Peace in the Middle East’ was funded by a grant of $700,000 from Soros’ non-profit according to grant disclosures. The parent organization has also “been accused of abusing its charity status to bankroll Hamas and other Palestinian groups,” according to The Washington Free Beacon.

Each leader is risking arrest at US Capitol to resist military funding to Israel & anti-immigrant policies. The people demand: #CeasefireNow & #DemilitarizeTheBorder!”
According to Jason Richman, Washington Correspondent for The Epoch Times the Capitol Police issued a statement saying,
“We were aware of a group’s potential plan to take a tour of the U.S. Capitol Building and then start a protest. It is against the law to demonstrate inside the Congressional Buildings, so we brought in additional officers to be prepared for the moment the group would break the law. The group was screened when they entered the building. Once they broke the law, roughly 60 people were immediately arrested for D.C. Code § 22–1307 – Crowding, Obstructing, or Incommoding.” Added Capitol Police: “PS – Demonstration is all clear at this time.”
