‘Breaking Bad’ Star RJ Mitte Was Given Ultimatum By Fiancée Before Suicide, Report Claims
Tragic new details have emerged surrounding the death of “Breaking Bad” actor RJ Mitte, with a bombshell report claiming the 34-year-old was caught in a bitter family dispute after his fiancée allegedly demanded he choose between her and his mother.
Sources close to Mitte’s family told TMZ that tensions between the actor and his fiancée, Kennedy Suarez, had reached a breaking point in the weeks before his death.
According to the report, Suarez had grown frustrated with what she believed was interference from Mitte’s mother, Dyna, and allegedly issued an ultimatum demanding that he put their relationship ahead of his family ties.
The situation reportedly left Mitte struggling with a deeply personal decision involving two of the most important women in his life.
Sources claimed Suarez and Dyna had a strained relationship, with disagreements creating growing friction between the engaged couple.
But Mitte, who maintained an exceptionally close bond with his mother and sister, Lacianne, was reportedly unwilling to distance himself from his family.
That refusal allegedly intensified the disagreements with Suarez, placing additional strain on a relationship that had once appeared headed toward marriage.
TMZ reported that Mitte had been visibly distressed in the weeks leading up to his death, with sources describing the relationship troubles as weighing heavily on him.
However, the exact circumstances surrounding the couple’s final days together remain unclear.
Breaking Bad actor RJ Mitte was forced to choose between his fiancée and his mother before he took his own life, according to TMZ.
Mitte, 34, sadly took his own life earlier this week.

Mitte and Suarez had known each other for approximately a decade before their friendship turned romantic in 2020.
After five years of dating, the pair announced their engagement on Oct. 10, 2025, marking what appeared to be an exciting new chapter for the actor.
Tragically, Mitte died almost exactly one year later.
According to TMZ, the couple remained together at least a week before his death, although sources could not confirm whether they had ended their engagement in the days that followed.
Suarez has not publicly addressed the reported ultimatum, and the claims about their private relationship have not been independently verified.
Mitte was found dead in Texas on Monday, Oct. 12, at just 34 years old.
