BREAKING: Far-Left Rioters Violently Storm ICE Facility In Los Angeles
Black bloc Antifa militants and other far-left extremists surrounded an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Los Angeles on Friday night, where they proceeded to violently riot and clash with federal agents.
ICE carried out operations targeting at least seven businesses in Los Angeles on Friday, resulting in at least 45 arrests. The locations included two Home Depot stores, a store in the fashion district and a doughnut shop, according to Angelica Salas, the executive director of the Coalition of Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA), who held an afternoon press conference to denounce the actions.
In what has become a worrying trend in Democrat-controlled cities, at least one of the operations resulted in clashes after far-left militants surrounded federal agents and began to block their vehicles and hurl projectiles. Local outlet KTLA shared aerial footage of agents outside a clothing store in the city’s fashion district escorting multiple illegal aliens to an awaiting white van.
As the vehicles left the scene, one masked rioter stood in front of one of the vehicles and began to backpedal as it exited the scene. The man eventually fell backwards and hit his head on the road. The rioter’s status remains unclear as of this report.
In another video, agents could be seen using flash bangs and tear gas in an effort to disperse the mob.
Later in the day, a large mob began marching towards the ICE detention facility at the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building. Rioters soon made their way to the building’s entrance, where they proceeded to spray paint phrases like “f**k ICE” and “Free Palestine” on the outside of the building.
Several vehicles were also damaged and vandalized by the mob as well.
Masked militants could be seen using hammers to smash up vehicle barriers outside the building, while others could be seen hurling projectiles and breaking windows. Surrounded ICE and DHS agents were forced to use less than lethal measures in an attempt to disperse the crowd, according to footage obtained by on-the-ground reporter Anthony Cabassa.

The agents did not initially receive assistance from the Los Angeles Police Department, even after they were trapped inside a parking garage after the mob stormed the facility. Officers were told to stand down by Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell.
“This morning, we received reports of federal immigration enforcement actions in multiple locations in Los Angeles. As Mayor of a proud city of immigrants, who contribute to our city in so many ways, I am deeply angered by what has taken place,” Mayor Karen Bass wrote in an X post. “These tactics sow terror in our communities and disrupt basic principles of safety in our city. My Office is in close coordination with immigrant rights community organizations. We will not stand for this.”
Senior Trump advisor Stephen Miller soon issued a direct rebuke of the mayor’s statement, in which he informed her that she had no legal basis to interfere. “You have no say in this at all. Federal law is supreme and federal law will be enforced,” Miller posted on X.
Shortly after 7 p.m. local time, LAPD finally responded to the scene and proceeded to clear rioters from the facility in order to allow federal agents to escape. Police proceeded to push the crowd down the road before declaring an unlawful assembly.
Rioters were told that arrests would commence if they did not leave the scene, footage obtained by Cabassa shows, though it is unclear how many arrests, if any, have been made. Rioters remain on the street as of 9 p.m. local time.
In one instance, rioters assaulted independent reporter Aldo Buttazzoni just in front of police lines after accusing him of being a “right-wing agitator.”
