BREAKING: Trump OFFICIALLY Returns To Twitter/X With EPIC Video

Conservatives on X are celebrating, as it now appears former President Donald Trump has officially returned.

Earlier on Monday, campaign advertisements styled as posts were running under President Trump’s namesake account @realDonaldTrump but were not appearing on his timeline, leaving supporters guessing about whether he was making an official return or simply promoting his campaign on the social media platform that helped launch him into the White House. Shortly after 11 a.m. EST, President Trump shared his video message on his timeline, marking the first post since releasing his mugshot of August of 2023 and just his second since being infamously booted from the platform after J6.

In a dystopian video, President Trump is seen walking to “the Beast,” the bulletproof presidential car, as CNN’s Wolf Blitzer declares him the winner of the 2016 election. “What started off impossible, unlikely, is now reality,” says the anchor as photography flashes bedazzle a Capitol Hill inauguration where MAGA faithful roar for the president-elect. “I will fight for you with every breath in my body, and I will never, ever let you down.” His speech is followed by clips of network pundits declaring Trump has “fulfilled the promises of his campaign” including securing the border, America First foreign policy, and compiling “a record as president that’s pretty damn impressive.”

The zeitgeist around Trump is immediately punctured as the video rotates to clips of the FBI conducting its unprecedented raid of Mar-a-Lago in August of 2022 which put “both sides of the political aisle up in arms,” according to one pundit clipped in the video. Another, calling it an “unstable moment in American history,” helps reinforce President Trump’s claims of political persecution, ones that were outlined in a recent letter of intent to sue the Justice Department submitted by his attorney on Monday. The former president, seen walking through a rainstorm, declares in the video, “I never thought anything like this could happen in America. The only crime that I have committed is to fearlessly defend our nation from those who seek to destroy it. The more that a broken system tells you that you’re wrong, the more certain that you must be that you must keep pushing ahead.”

The theatrical trailer amounts to a preview of coming attractions on X where President Trump honed his attack-dog style of politics against “Crooked” Hillary Clinton and Republican primary foes he mercilessly skewered for years. The platform, under predecessors and the name Twitter, permanently banned him after he defended his statements and actions around the January 6th, 2021 riots at the Capitol, justifying their decision by claiming that Trump incited violence that day. Biden Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith continues to pursue a felony J6 trial against the Republican though recently asked for a three-week reprieve to prepare future arguments, a potential sign that the trial is falling apart in the wake of a landmark Supreme Court ruling giving presidents broad immunity.
