An undercover video from the O’Keefe Media Group has brought to light allegations of inappropriate behavior by Judge Arthur Engoron at an Equinox gym in Great Neck, New York, a village on Long Island.

Engoron, the Manhattan judge who notably fined former President Donald Trump $354 million and imposed a three-year ban on him from running businesses in New York City, is now at the center of controversy for his alleged actions at a local gym.

The investigation, initiated after multiple sources contacted the investigative team, revealed footage and accounts suggesting that Judge Engoron’s behavior at the gym was unsettling to some gym-goers. One particular video clip showed a woman visibly annoyed, gesturing for Engoron to back off.

James O’Keefe found out that Engoron frequents the Equinox gym as early as 5 a.m., where he has been observed engaging in what has been described as “creepy” behavior towards female patrons. O’Keefe, seeking to verify these claims, decided to observe Engoron’s behavior firsthand by working out alongside him at the gym.

During the interaction, the judge seemed unaware of the undercover nature of their visit. O’Keefe reported a mix of reactions from the judge, ranging from cordial to oblivious. O’Keefe was wearing a t-shirt from the O’Keefe Media Group, the organization hilariously behind the investigation.

Engoron was a key figure in the case concerning Trump’s business practices over the last year, specifically allegations of fraud and misrepresentation in the valuation of assets by the Trump Organization. The legal battle was part of New York Attorney General Letitia James’ civil investigation into whether Trump and his company falsely inflated the value of assets on financial statements used to secure loans and obtain economic and tax benefits.

In February, Trump faced a significant legal setback when he was prohibited from conducting his business activities in New York for three years. Additionally, he was held responsible for $355 million in so-called “damages.”

The lawsuit targeted Trump, his family, and the Trump Organization. Trump now faces the potential loss of some of his most valued properties if he is unable to settle his enormous New York civil fraud fine.
