Bryan Cranston Blasts Trump Supporters; Says MAGA Is A “Racist Remark”
According to Bryan Cranston, the 2016 campaign slogan “Make America Great Again” used by former President Trump has the potential to be viewed as a “racist” phrase.
“When I see the ‘Make America Great Again,’ my comment is: Do you accept that that could possibly be construed as a racist remark?” Cranston asked host Chris Wallace. “And most people, a lot of people go, ‘How could that be racist — Make America Great Again?’” Cranston continued.
“Just ask yourself, from an African American experience, when was it ever great in America for the African American? When was it great?”
“So if you’re making it great again, it’s not including them.”
Bryan Cranston is an American actor and filmmaker who has spoken publicly about his views on former US President Donald Trump criticizing Trump’s policies and actions in the past.

However, it’s worth noting that this was Cranston’s personal opinion and he later clarified that he would not actually move out of the country.
“Absolutely, I would definitely move,” he said on “The Bestseller Experiment” podcast. “It’s not real to me that that would happen. I hope to God it won’t.”
“I’m telling you, there will be theatrical productions about Donald Trump because the anomaly that he presented,” Cranston said in 2016. “That being said, for me to play someone like Donald Trump, I’ll first need to have some time to calm down from him because I do have a judgment of him and it’s virtually impossible to play someone you have a judgment on because then you’re slanted.
“I need to come at it from a place of neutrality so I can build a character and justify what I say, what I do, at all times. It’s hard for me to justify what this man has said and done.”
Bryan Cranston has been vocal about his political beliefs on various occasions, including during interviews and on social media. He has been a supporter of the Democratic Party and has publicly endorsed candidates such as Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.
