Chilling New Report Suggests Hulk Hogan’s Death Was Not Natural: ‘Medical Malpractice’
Shocking new reports have started to emerge alleging that WWE legend Hulk Hogan may not have died as a result of natural causes, but due to medical malpractice. The Hulkster, as he was affectionately known by fans and friends alike, reportedly passed away from cardiac arrest on July 24. He was 71.
Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, had a series of hospital visits after having neck surgery in May. A report published late in the day on Thursday by TMZ Sports revealed that local law enforcement in Clearwater, Florida, is still looking into the circumstances of the popular wrestling phenomenon.
An occupational therapist was at Hulk Hogan’s home at the time he stopped breathing, the Western Journal reported. According to the therapist, Hogan’s phrenic nerve was totally “severed” from the recent surgery. The therapist told police the wrestling superstar may have been a victim of medical malpractice.
The phrenic nerve is what controls the body’s diaphragm. The diaphragm is what allows your lungs to expand and contract for the act of breathing. If it is severely malfunctioning, it can be fatal.
Reports say that Hogan never experienced any chest pain prior to his breathing coming to a halt. His wife, Sky Daily, noticed he stopped breathing and immediately called 911. The therapist’s statements to the police were captured on their body cameras.

“We have been in communication with family members — including his son, Nick, and daughter, Brooke,” local authorities told the press. “The Hogan family has been appreciative of our efforts and our communication with them.”
During comments given to TMZ, Sky Daily said the phrenic nerve was “compromised” during one of the procedures Hogan underwent for his neck. She then told them that an autopsy had been done on her husband, but opted not to discuss the results. She also revealed Hogan’s remains had not yet been cremated.
Several days before the latest news about the body cam footage and the therapist being present at Hogan’s home, the wrestling legend’s daughter, Brooke Hogan, revealed that she had been urged to listen to the footage, that her dad’s death wasn’t due to natural causes.
Bollea’s family announced his death to the world in a Facebook post that was published in a Facebook post to over 7 million followers on July 24.
“It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness that we confirm we have lost a legend,” the family told fans in the post. “Our beloved Terry Bollea, known worldwide as Hulk Hogan, passed away today surrounded by his loved ones. … He will be missed, but never forgotten.”
