‘Demonic’ Drawing Emerges From Trans Shooter’s Manifesto
A demonic journal entry from Annunciation Catholic School shooter Robin Westman, who killed two students and wounded several others as they attended an all-school mass, is under the microscope as the FBI investigates the shooting as an anti-Catholic hate crime.
The journal entry shows what appears to be a drawing armed with a rifle and a handgun while talking to a horned figure in the mirror. It also contained a message, seemingly a conversation between Westman and the figure, written in Russian Cyrillic with English words.
The message reads as follows:
Who?
When will it all end?
Help me!
I don’t want to
Help
Kill yourself kill

Born Robert Westman, the killer changed his name in order to correspond with his “female gender identity” when he was 17. Since he was a minor at the time, the name change needed to be approved by his mother, who petitioned a court to do so in 2019, according to records obtained by the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
In addition to the demonic drawing, the gunman made a number of anti-Christian references throughout his manifesto and the disturbing YouTube videos uploaded just before the attack. One of the videos contained an image of a gun range target topped with an image of Jesus Christ, while the words, “Where is your god?” were scribbled on one of his rifle magazines.
Elsewhere in the manifesto, Westman wrote that he was “tired of being trans,” wishing that “I never brain-washed myself.”
“I only keep [the long hair] because it is pretty much my last shred of being trans. I am tired of being trans, I wish I never brain-washed myself,” he wrote. “I can’t cut my hair now as it would be an embarrassing defeat, and it might be a concerning change of character that could get me reported. It just always gets in my way. I will probably chop it on the day of the attack.”
He went on to reiterate his regrets over “becoming a woman” elsewhere in the screed. “I regret being trans. I wish I was a girl I just know I cannot achieve that body with the technology we have today. I also can’t afford that,” he said.

FBI Director Kash Patel announced Wednesday that the attack is being investigated as an act of terrorism and a potential anti-Catholic hate crime. “The FBI is investigating this shooting as an act of domestic terrorism and hate crime targeting Catholics,” the director wrote in a social media post.
“We have confirmation that the shooter at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis, MN was a 22 year-old man, claiming to be transgender,” Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced in a post of her own. “This deranged monster targeted our most vulnerable: young children praying in their first morning Mass of the school year. This deeply sick murderer scrawled the words ‘For the Children’ and ‘Where is your God?’ and ‘Kill Donald Trump’ on a rifle magazine.”
