Elon Musk Makes Deep State Cower In Fear With New Promise

One of the speakers at the massive rally former President Donald Trump held at Madison Square Garden in New York City was billionaire tech guru Elon Musk, who delivered a speech in which he promised to cut trillions of dollars of waste spending from the federal government’s budget should the 45th president get re-elected.

“Your money is being wasted,” Musk said during his speech, “and the Department of Government Efficiency is gonna fix that!” The statement caused the audience to erupt in cheers.

“We’re gonna get the government off your back and out of your pocketbook,” Musk stated just a few moments later.

In August, Trump endorsed the idea of a government efficiency commission headed by Musk. Since then, D.O.G.E.-related ideas and accounts have proliferated on Musk’s social media platform X. Howard Lutnick, chairman and CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, spoke immediately before Musk on Sunday, then introduced the X owner to the rally crowd.

“We set up D.O.G.E.,” Lutnick said to Musk. “How much do you think we can rip out of this wasted $6.5 trillion Harris-Biden budget?” “Well I think we could do at least $2 trillion,” the X owner replied. Having pledged to tame the federal leviathan, Musk earned raucous chants of “E-lon! E-lon!”

The Western Journal goes on in its report on Musk’s speech to note that, if Trump wins the presidential election and appoints the tech billionaire to help cut spending in the federal government, it would qualify as an 1800-style revolution concerning governmental principles. The report then states that members of the “deep state” would be absolutely opposed to such an event taking place and would fight against it.

A report published last year by U.S. News & World Report revealed the 15 wealthiest counties in the nation according to median household income. Five of the top ten spots were suburbs of D.C. The WJ stated that this means a number of individuals who are labeled as part of the “deep state” have become incredibly wealthy and powerful at the expense of regular Americans.

“A transfer of wealth on that scale can only happen through criminal levels of confiscation. After all, people connected to the federal government can only get rich via taxation or inflationary spending,” the report said.
