JUST IN: Fox News Analyst Collapses Live On Air

Published

on

Viewers gasped and producers were left scrambling after a Fox News guest lost consciousness and fell out of her chair, forcing the station to rush into a commercial break.

The scary scene unfolded Thursday evening when Camryn Kinsey, a former Trump administration official, collapsed in the middle of sharing her thoughts about former President Joe Biden’s latest criticisms of President Donald Trump while appearing on ABC’s “The View.”

As a former One America News Network correspondent and current Fox contributor, Kinsey is familiar with the white hot lights of television studios, making her inexplicable fainting episode all the more surreal.

“It’s not about ideology or, uh…” Kinsey stuttered before closing her eyes and falling sideways from her chair, landing with an audible thud while host Jonathan Hunt expressed shock and looked uncertain of what to do next. A producer could be seen rushing to aid the unconscious guest while Hunt tried to pivot to a correspondent outside the studio before quickly sending the show to a commercial break.

“We’re just going to get some help here for Camryn,” he started before prodding his earpiece, where he received word to call it quits for the segment.

So far, Kinsey has not commented on her dizzy spell, though the American Tribune reported that Hunt returned later in the show to tell viewers that she had regained consciousness.

Online, fans of Trump’s former external relations director expressed their concern for her well-being.

“No word yet on what caused the sudden medical emergency – though thankfully early reports suggest she’s ‘awake and alert,'” conservative commentator Mario Newfal reported on X.

Many observers, meanwhile, took umbrage with Hunt’s rather cold calculus to try and continue with the broadcast rather than rush to the floor and attend to Kinsey.

“His first instinct was to not help the guest that collapsed right next to him. Just saying. Live tv and all that but that’s a human. Not like there is an EMT behind the camera waiting Broham,” one social media user wrote.

Another expressed a similar sentiment: “Surprised the other host just sat there and didn’t get up to check on her!… I suspect two things that might have caused Camryn to pass out: she’s expecting or simply vasovagal response from prolonged sitting and dehydration.”

A third questioned whether Fox was overworking their correspondents, who are frequently called upon last-minute and expected to give breathless observations about up-to-the-minute news.

“I honestly think that people in this world are completely overworked. Sometimes these TV people work 16 hour days 6-7 days week. We have people in factories doing the same thing. The world simply got too expensive on greed!” they added.

Kinsey, 24, held a brief role in the personnel office of the first Trump administration. She sharpened her on-camera appearances with OANN in the following years and now runs her own public relations firm. She has been a featured Fox News panelist since 2023.
