Garland Just Sent Out A Memo Issuing A Warning To The DOJ…Here’s What It Said

Attorney General Merrick Garland has blasted out a memo to personnel within the Department of Justice that explains DOJ policy that forbids them from communicating directly with Congress. Instead, they are to go through the proper channels, such as speaking with the internal office first. You know, so they can screen what the person is going to say or receive their lines for when they are asked specific questions. Wouldn’t want to accidentally spill the beans that the whole raid on former President Donald Trump was a political attack, right?

“[N]o department employee may communicate with Senators, Representatives, congressional committees, or congressional staff without advance coordination, consultation, and approval by OLA [Office of Legislative Affairs],” Fox News reported the memo as saying. The memo only restates existing policy and does not represent a change.

“All congressional inquiries and correspondence from Members, committees, and staff should be immediately directed to OLA upon receipt,”  an existing DOJ policy manual states.

Here are a few more details about the memo from Just the News:

The memo comes as whistleblowers have flocked to Republican elected officials with whistleblower allegations of political bias in the aftermath of the FBI’s raid on former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

Whistleblower reports allege that FBI senior officials forced their subordinates to sign false affidavits. Others have pointed to domestic terrorism probes of parents who objected to left-wing school board policies.

Prior to the raid, whistleblowers revealed several instances of alleged political bias, most prominently leveling accusations against former Washington Field Office Assistant Special Agent in Charge Tim Thibault, who allegedly worked to falsely discredit evidence against Hunter Biden.

Just before the raid, whistleblowers came out and revealed there were several instances of alleged political bias within the Department of Justice, the most prominent one making accusations against former Washington Field Office Assistant Special Agent in Charge Tim Thibault. Thibault allegedly worked to try to falsely discredit evidence against Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden’s younger son, who simply cannot seem to keep his butt out of trouble.

Garland has stated that the DOJ policy is not “intended to conflict with or limit whistleblower protections,” according to Fox News. Right. And why in the world would anyone believe anything Garland has to say? It’s pretty clear he’s been lying from the get-go about the true nature of the raid on Trump. The whole situation smells fishier than Red Lobster.

One theory for all of this gives a very plausible reason for the FBI raid. It’s the one I’ve written about countless times but bears repeating once again. The radical left hates Trump and will sink to any low in order to ensure he does not end up sitting in the Oval Office for a second time. This raid was likely an attempt to find something, anything, they could potentially use to bring charges against him in order to disqualify him from being able to run for president in 2024.

That would make the raid a political attack. If that is what was really happening, it would mean forces within the government — progressive, socialist forces — transformed the FBI into a weapon used to take out a potential opponent of a sitting president in order to help sway the future election in the way of the Democratic Party. And it would be explosive if that got out to the public. Thus, the left is desperately attempting to cover this up now, right before our very eyes.
