Hillary And Brennan Are ‘Dead To Rights,’ Former State Dept. Official Says
Former U.S. State Department official Mike Benz predicts Hillary Clinton and John Brennan are “dead to rights” when it comes to President Donald Trump’s renewed focus on the 2016 investigation.
Speaking with conservative influencer Benny Johnson, Benz laid out how the former presidential candidate and ex-CIA director are implicated in a so-called cover-up that baselessly tied Trump to Russian forces during the election that year. The administration is believed to be readying charges against Clinton, Brennan, and a host of high-level officials from that time.
“You have a post up saying Hillary Clinton is absolutely guilty of a criminal conspiracy to defraud the American taxpayers and intel community and so on. How would that prosecution go? Is that like too much of a pipe dream to even dream about? Dare a boy dream, Mike?” Johnson asked.
Benz responded, “I’m dreaming right now. I think, I think that Trump was merciful and naive and innocent when he first became president in 2017 after saying that Hillary Clinton would be in jail, and then Hillary Clinton campaigned on putting Trump in jail. They nearly did. They shot him in the face.”
He continued: “They hit him with 91 felonies, 1000 years in prison if Trump didn’t win the election, and now you know they’re dead to rights here, Hillary Clinton clearly approved this plan to falsify information in order to portray Donald Trump as being backed by Russia, and they conspired with the head of the Central Intelligence Agency, the head of the FBI, potentially the president, the former president, United States himself.”
Documents uncovered in “burn bags” beneath the FBI purport to show how Clinton was aware that Jake Sullivan, a top aide, sought to distract from her email controversy by falsely linking Trump to Russian activity around the election.
In the bags, an annex from the report of former special counsel John Durham contains emails from an employee at the Open Society Foundations, a George Soros-linked organization also implicated in the Trump-Russia hoax.
An email by Leonard Bernardo, who in 2016 was the regional director for Eurasia at the Open Society Foundations, appears to show that Clinton personally approved a conspiracy by the organization to spread the baseless allegations against her opponent.
“HRC approved Julia’s idea about Trump and Russian hackers hampering U.S. elections,” Bernardo wrote in the email, which was found within the newly uncovered Durham annex. “That should distract people from her own missing email, especially if the affair goes to the Olympic level,” he added.
Benz described how “riots in the streets” would not unfold if Clinton and Brennan were carried away in handcuffs in the coming weeks, Lifezette reports.

“I don’t think you’re going to have riots in the streets if John Brennan and Hillary Clinton are arrested. I think Hillary Clinton is not exactly a beloved figure on the left. I think that you could, I could see there being a tremendous amount of civil disturbance if Barack Obama is indicted, even though he looks guilty as well.”
He continued, “I think that having Hillary Clinton and John Brennan indicted for this, you know, as and simply alleged the conspiracy that that they falsified information to conducted fraud, to falsify intelligence in order to run this, this Gambit, and then their only defense is that they really believe their own BS. I mean, that’s the only defense that they would have. You have an agreement and an affirmative acting furtherance, so you have the two necessary legal components in order to bring the indictment.”
According to Benz, “Their only defense is that, well, we really believe that Russia, it wasn’t. We didn’t know it to be even though it was false, we didn’t know it to be false at the time. And I think that’s belied by several things we have, the the circumstantial evidence around, around intent from these emails, and the classified annex, the emails and John, John Brent’s handwritten notes, but they didn’t; this was the magic behind the Trump prosecution. They never had an intent for Trump to commit crimes, but they charged him anyway they can. This Justice Department has, if that’s rule of law, then has to be brought against Hillary Clinton and John Brennan too.”
