HUGE Victory For Parents, Conservative School Board Candidates In Florida; Here’s The Low Down

Parents in the state of Florida should absolutely be thrilled with the outcome of elections that happened in the state on Tuesday as there were a bunch of conservative school board members, running on a platform centered around parental rights, that ended up scoring major victories in key counties.

Children are also going to be benefiting from these big wins, as they won’t have their young minds corrupted and polluted by radical left-wingers obsessed with normalizing sexual deviant behaviors at young ages, effectively stripping them of the innocence of childhood. That’s always something worth celebrating.

According to a report from The Daily Wire, Florida residents paid a visit to the polls after having witnessed the DeSantis administration, along with other Florida Republicans in the state government, work on getting the “Parental Rights in Education Act” made into law over the course of the last year.

Conservatives pulled in wins in Miami-Dade, Duval Sarasota, Clay, and Martin counties. In fact, the victory in Miami-Dade, which is a school district with over 334,000 students, Roberto Alonso, along with Monica Colucci, both took home wins.

Both candidates were endorsed by Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) and the grassroots 1776 Project PAC, an organization that supports conservative school board candidates across the nation. Alonso handily won an open seat on the board, while Colucci knocked out an over 20-year-incumbent member in a tight race,” the report said.

“Both of our candidates in Miami Dade County, Florida just WON their elections, flipping the school board conservative,” the 1776 Project PAC said in a post published on Twitter. “Miami Dade is now the LARGEST county in America with a conservative school board majority.”

“The candidates in Miami-Dade were also supported by the grassroots organization Moms For Liberty, a group fighting for more parental involvement in local education. In the wake of wins across the state, the group said, ‘2022 IS THE YEAR OF THE PARENT and we are just getting started,’” the report continued.

Conservatives in Sarasota also had reason to celebrate, as even more candidates with the DeSantis seal of approval won their races.

“Sarasota School Board had a 3-2 liberal majority,” DeSantis re-election rapid response director Christina Pushaw went on to say. “Today [DeSantis] endorsed candidates won and flipped the school board so it’s now 4-1 anti wokes indoctrination and pro parental rights.”

The candidates in question, Bridget Ziegler, Robyn Marinelli, and Timothy Enos, were all three backed by the 1776 Project as well.

“Sarasota County – WE did it!!! The Community has spoken & it is crystal clear – they are demanding a reset of the School Board. And that’s what they are going to get,” Ziegler went on to tweet after her big win.

She went on to reveal that her school board would be rearranging priorities and putting a primary focus on education for the students, keeping parents involved, and respecting educators.

The 1776 Project PAC was also celebrating some more wins — is anyone getting sick of winning? Me neither — in Clay County, going on to state the “school board is now a 3-2 conservative majority. Congrats to Erin Skipper, Michele Hanson, and Ashley Gilhousen.”

Isn’t it amazing how Florida, over the course of just a few years, has become a shining example of what it looks like to implement effective conservative principles into a society and watch it flourish?

DeSantis led the way and provided the perfect example of how a leader should handle a pandemic crisis situation, refusing to go along with the insanity of the radical left who were simply using the coronavirus as a means of usurping the authority of the people away from them by hyping up the fear of the virus so folks would just hand over their liberty in exchange for being protected from the illness.

The Florida state government showed us a better way.

And then, of course, DeSantis and his administration took on two big corporations, Disney and PayPal, over their attempts to chastise him over the Parental Rights in Education Act, which failed miserably. In fact, he struck back in ways that left both companies reeling. They definitely realized that DeSantis wasn’t going to roll over for the woke mob.

Now we have these massive victories on the school boards of so many influential counties?

DeSantis has his priorities in order. He’s hitting the left where it will hurt them most. Their indoctrination centers. He’s taking action that will prevent them from poisoning the minds of future generations, allowing them to have the freedom to think for themselves. He’s disrupting their strategies for discipleship of the state.

You can guarantee he’s become a real thorn in their side.
