Former Hawaiian Democratic Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard announced this week that she would be ditching the Democratic Party, which honestly comes as no surprise for anyone who has been keeping up with her for the last few years. It’s clear that the principles the party currently stands for are no longer in line with the beliefs and ideology that Gabbard ascribes to and she morally feels it’s time to get the heck out of Dodge.
And rightfully so. The Democratic Party of today has basically run as far to the extreme left as possible, thanks in large part to the infiltration of progressives who have been brainwashed by professors in college, public school, and the entertainment industry.
Gabbard made an appearance on “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast where she went on to make a rather provocative statement about one of the things that pushed her to leave the party. During the interview, she said that “if you go against Hillary Clinton, you’re dead.”
Well, that will certainly grab a person’s attention, right? Especially in the post-Epstein era where folks who seem to be connected to the darker side of the Clinton family seem to commit suicide or meet some other sort of strange, tragic end at an astonishing rate.

The Independent said Gabbard revealed to Rogan that her many appearances on the right-of-center Fox News network led to her losing a bunch of friends.
“It ranges from people kind of like giving you a cynical look, like ‘whose side are you really on.’ To people just outright ending that friendship or that professional relationship cause they don’t want to have anything to do with you,” the former congresswoman went on to tell Rogan during the interview.
When she was asked if she experienced that kind of treatment, she said, “Over and over.”
“And it’s not just Tucker Carlson. There’s been this negative stigma for almost as long as I’ve served in Congress against anyone who actually goes on Fox News, period,” she continued.
There’s been an ongoing feud between Hillary and Tulsi dating back to the 2020 presidential election cycle, so the comments made by the former Democrat against Clinton are nothing new.
In fact, the statements made against Gabbard by the twice-failed presidential candidate and disastrous former secretary of state might have given the first push for her eventual leaving of the party.
According to the Daily Wire, Hillary Clinton referred to Gabbard, who served her nation with honor as a member of the military, as a Russian asset, and then accused her of being a traitor.
Tulsi’s response was brutal.
“Great, thank you. Hillary Clinton, you the queen of warmongers, embodiment of corruption, and personification of the rot that has sickened the Democratic Party for so long, have finally come out from behind the curtain. From the day I announced my candidacy, there has been a concerted campaign to destroy my reputation. We wondered who was behind it and why. Now we know – it was always you, through your proxies and powerful allies in the corporate media and war machine, afraid of the threat I pose. It’s now clear that this primary is between you and me. Don’t cowardly hide behind your proxies. Join the race directly,” she fired back at Clinton.

All of this started because Gabbard attempted to actually pull the party back a bit to the center instead of being so extreme in their leftism, which has alienated the vast majority of the American public. She was very much still a Democrat, but on certain important issues, she broke with the current party platform. That’s a big no-no in the Democratic Party.
You are expected to be in lockstep with their agenda. Anything less than that is considered to be blasphemous and proves you are not one of the “elite.”
It seems likely that Clinton’s words started the shift away from the deep left for Gabbard. Let’s hope many other Democrats wake up and ditch the party too. There’s plenty of room on the right.
