JUST IN: Biden-Harris Admin Caught Red-Handed Turning Migrants Into Voters At Record-Speed

The fear that migrants are being converted into voters appears to be gaining some credence, at least in Los Angeles County where officials report the number of migrants speedily obtaining citizenship, and by extension voting power, is occurring at the “fasting speed in a decade.”

The Western Journal reported on “a wave of new U.S. citizens” taking their oaths to America at naturalization ceremonies throughout L.A., a wave which the Biden administration excuses as a backlog predating the president’s time in office. Restrictions during the Covid-19 pandemic contributed to the delay in new citizenships as well, they added. “Immigration officials said the timing is not driven by the election or any political agenda,” the L.A. Times wrote during a recent naturalization ceremony in Riverside, California.

The muscle power of new voters, however, was present throughout the process. “American flags lined the stage as messages conveying the immigrants’ new power played on a large screen,” the outlet noted. One message adoring a wall read, “Today, I am an American. Today, I am a citizen of the country I serve. Today, I can register to vote.”

The liberal outlet stated that former President Donald Trump and critics of mass immigration have made “baseless” accusations that Vice President Kamala Harris and leading Democrats are secretly hoping that the millions of new arrivals register as voters in the coming years. To make their point, Republicans cite statements like those made by Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) who said in July she is urging Harris to push for a pathway to citizenship for all new arrivals.

“We need the tools in order to have more resources at the border, to have more resources in the states and cities that are supporting migrants. And I believe we need to create a pathway to citizenship. All of that is part of what we need to do for comprehensive immigration reform. Kamala Harris will work with Congress and get that done,” the liberal senator told CNN’s Jake Tapper.

Before passage of a clean funding resolution, U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) tacked on a provision that would have required state election officials to better verify that all voters are U.S. citizens. That legislation, titled the SAVE Act, was ultimately scrapped when Johnson realized that hard-right members of the GOP caucus believed its inclusion didn’t go far enough.

The L.A. Times also spoke with immigration advocates who challenged the notion that all new arrivals will reflexively vote for Democrats if they gain citizenship. “This is not part of some master conspiracy to flood the country with new Democratic voters. There’s a lot of statistics that show many immigrants share more in common with Republican values,” said Xiao Wang, who helps migrants navigate the immigration system and obtain temporary work permits.

While polling on the political persuasion of migrants is scarce, smaller samples suggest they lean left, especially after four years of President Biden’s lenient approach toward border security. The National Partnership for New Americans, which works with new arrivals in Arizona, reported in a recent poll, “New citizens broadly skew Democratic, though the National Partnership’s poll showed a range of political leanings. About 54% of respondents said they’d vote for Democratic nominee Vice President Kamala Harris, while 38% said they’d vote for Trump.”
