JUST IN: CNN Reports Trump to Face 34 Counts of Falsifying Business Records

On Thursday, the Manhattan Grand Jury officially voted to indict former President Donald J. Trump. The indictment comes after a lengthy investigation by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and his team, who have been looking into Trump’s dealings for several years. A source close to CNN reported that Trump may face up to 34 counts in his indictment.

“I’m told by my sources that this is 34 counts of falsification of business records,” CNN’s John Miller said Thursday afternoon. “[34] is probably a lot of charges involving each document, involving each thing that was submitted as a separate count.”

It is important to note that the severity and weight of each count varies, and the total number of counts doesn’t necessarily indicate the strength of the case against Trump. Ultimately, the significance of 34 counts in this indictment will depend on the specifics of the charges and the evidence presented in court.
