JUST IN: Damning Texts From Fani Willis’ Misconduct Hearing Are Revealed

New evidence has emerged from the misconduct hearing of Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis. Text messages exchanged between attorneys Ashleigh Merchant and Terrence Bradley have come to light, revealing details that contradict Willis’ sworn testimony regarding the timeline of her affair with Nathan Wade.

Phil Holloway, an esteemed legal analyst, revealed the texts on X, highlighting the critical discrepancy in Willis’ account. According to the texts, the romantic relationship between Willis and Wade, both key figures in the legal community, began before Willis assumed office as District Attorney.

This directly conflicts with Willis’ previous statement, where she claimed the affair started in 2022. The texts suggest, “It started when she left the DA’s office (as ADA) and was judge in South Fulton,” indicating a longer duration than previously acknowledged.

Willis is currently spearheading a massive RICO case against Michael Roman, former President Donald Trump, and others. Roman has filed a motion to dismiss the indictment, alleging a conflict of interest and accusing Willis of diverting taxpayer money to her married lover, Nathan Wade.

This money, Roman argues, was reciprocated in the form of luxury travel, constituting a potential violation of federal law, specifically “Honest Services Fraud”, and a RICO violation.

On Tuesday, the divorce lawyer of Nathan Wade, Terrence Bradley, took the stand amidst a swirl of controversy and speculation. The testimony, fraught with evasions and a lack of concrete details, centered around the timeline of Wade’s romantic involvement with Fani Willis. The relationship’s origins are under scrutiny, as its timing could potentially disqualify Willis from her role in the Georgia election fraud case against Trump.

Bradley’s credibility came under intense scrutiny as he seemed to offer multiple narratives of his knowledge regarding the trips Wade and Willis reportedly took.

Bradley, once Wade’s law partner, found himself in the hot seat, pressed repeatedly to clarify when the relationship between Wade and Willis began. Despite the intensity of the questioning, Bradley’s responses were marked by uncertainty and speculation, leaving the courtroom in ambiguity.

His testimony was challenged for its admissibility in court. “It was– I was speculating. I didn’t have a… Um… No one told me that,” Bradley confessed. “You know, it was speculation. I can’t tell you anything specific, if that’s what you’re asking.”

Last month’s legal disclosures unearthed a tangled web of personal connections between Willis and Wade, and the duo confirmed their liaison in a court document earlier in February.

Attorneys representing Roman and other implicated parties have pushed to remove the involved prosecutors from the proceedings, anchoring their plea on alleged financial entanglements. They said that since joining the case in 2021, Wade has pocketed upwards of almost $700,000, a portion of which funded leisurely escapes with Willis.

Willis maintained that travel expenses were equally split between them, however, denying any financial conflict and asserting the irrelevance of their relationship to the case and her professional judgment. Trump, along with 18 co-defendants, was indicted last August on charges including racketeering linked to alleged efforts to overturn the presidential election outcomes across several pivotal states.
