JUST IN: Kamala Harris Smacked With New Lawsuit
On Monday, Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey announced that he would be filing a lawsuit against Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden, citing the government’s failure to produce records concerning the transportation of illegal immigrants into his state. “We have reason to believe they are deliberately flying illegal aliens from the border into our cities,” he said in a post on X. “Not on my watch.”
According to a report from news publication Turkiye Today, “Bailey’s lawsuit fits the continuous national discussions on border security and immigration policy. The Missouri Attorney General argues that the activities of the federal government compromise local government and overburden state resources. The Biden government has not yet answered Bailey’s claims. This lawsuit can deepen the political and legal conflicts over American immigration policies.”
Bailey’s social media post concerning the new lawsuit has garnered a lot of attention on social media, pulling in a whopping 3.7 million views on the platform. The outcome of this legal action could play a significant role in how other states in the nation handle similar issues. As the report points out, the topic of transportation of illegal immigrants from the border to various states in the country has been heated since the beginning, especially because of the lack of consideration from federal authorities. Bailey’s lawsuit could end up forcing the federal government to reveal specifics and the scope of such activities within the state of Missouri.
🚨BREAKING: I am filing suit against @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris for REFUSING to turn over documents about the flying of illegal immigrants into Missouri.
We have reason to believe they are deliberately flying illegal aliens from the border into our cities.
Not on my watch.

“This case emphasizes the larger dispute over immigration policy and border security enforcement between federal and state authorities. Should Bailey’s lawsuit be successful, it might inspire other states to launch like-minded lawsuits and demand more federal government openness on immigration rules. The case will probably garner significant media coverage and have an impact on the national conversation on immigration reform. Emphasizing the need for more responsibility and respect of state sovereignty, Attorney General Bailey has positioned himself as a strong opponent of the immigration policy of the Biden administration,” the report added.
Many of the comments responding to the announcement on X were supportive of Bailey’s efforts. A popular user by the name of Clown World said, “You are awesome! Thank you!” Another said, “AG Bailey you seem to be one of the only state AGs actually working for America!” A third replied to the post referring to Bailey as “the best attorney general in the country.”
You are awesome! Thank you 🙏
