JUST IN: Megyn Kelly Releases Old Photo Of Bill Clinton Hours Before Epstein Testimony
Commentator Megyn Kelly released a decades-old photograph Thursday that she says shows former President Bill Clinton appearing to look at a young woman’s chest during a social event in the late 1990s, just hours before he was scheduled to testify in the House Oversight Committee’s probe into Jeffrey Epstein.
Kelly unveiled the image during her program, describing it as having been taken in 1999 at the Bombay Club in Washington, D.C., while Clinton was still in office. The photograph shows the former president standing closely with two young women as they pose for a picture. Kelly claimed that one of the women was a friend of hers at the time.
The image appears to show Clinton looking downward toward the woman’s chest area. She said on air that she was not accusing Clinton of criminal behavior but argued that the photograph reflects what critics have long described as a pattern of inappropriate conduct.
“I’m not saying this is a crime,” Kelly said during her broadcast, adding that viewers could draw their own conclusions from the image.
“Bill was not shamed at all — after the Monica Lewinsky scandal — out of his hound dog behavior, to put it mildly,” she said. Pointing to a photograph, Kelly identified the people in the image and described what she believed it showed.

“Yes, he is looking down the chest of my friend, Meg Florence, and that’s my other friend in the foreground, Abby Rittman. He’s basically got his hand on her side boob,” Kelly said of the photo. “I’m just saying [he was] not chastised at all as a result of Lewinsky,” she claimed, stressing that she was not suggesting anything criminal.
The timing of the release drew immediate attention. Clinton is scheduled to provide closed-door testimony before the House Oversight Committee as part of its ongoing investigation into Epstein’s network and the high-profile individuals who associated with the disgraced financier.
Republican members of the committee have sought answers about Clinton’s past ties to Epstein, including multiple flights aboard Epstein’s private jet. Clinton has acknowledged traveling on the aircraft for philanthropic work but has consistently denied any knowledge of Epstein’s criminal activities. He has also denied ever visiting Epstein’s private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Kelly framed the resurfaced photo as relevant context ahead of the testimony, arguing that it adds to longstanding public questions surrounding Clinton’s personal conduct. The image rapidly circulated across social media platforms, where reactions split sharply along partisan lines.
As the Oversight Committee continues its investigation into Epstein’s associations, Clinton’s testimony is expected to focus on the nature and extent of his relationship with the financier.
