JUST IN! Republicans Moving To End Dems Legal FRAUD

If there is anything democrats can be applauded for, it should be their ability to manipulate the law. This ability has helped them exploit federal laws for personal benefits without necessarily committing crimes. 

It was recently found that democrat representative Maxine Waters has paid her biological child almost $1.5 million over the last decade. The shocking part is that Waters has not directly violated any laws with this ridiculous payout. 

Democrats have had their manipulative ways for too long, and republicans have decided that needs to change immediately. Republicans have pushed to place a ban on lawmakers, which prevents them from committing similar fraud as several other democrats have been caught in the same act. 

This proposed ban by Representative Pat Fallon will prevent lawmakers and candidates running for federal office from placing members of their families on the campaign payroll. As expected, democrats who all have dirty tricks up their sleeves will oppose this ban, but the Republicans are ready for them this time.

The report reads, “It is currently legal for lawmakers to employ family members to work on campaigns. The legislation – first reviewed by The Post – would extend the ban to any political committee ‘established, maintained or controlled by a candidate or an individual holding Federal office’ – blocking any current lawmaker from compensating a family member for working on their campaign.”

The Family Integrity to Reform Elections (FIRE) Act will also mandate the campaign committee to disclose any payment made to family members of running candidates. All immediate family members, including grandparents and grandchildren, are banned from receiving financial compensation for campaign efforts. 

If Fallon’s bill becomes law, the punishment for violation would be a fine of $100,000 for every violation or twice the amount paid to the family member. The violator can also face a jail term of up to two years. The campaign is also banned from refunding any candidates who pay the penalties.

“Maxine Waters $1.1 million to her daughter from campaign funds. Ilhan Omar, $2.9 million to her husband from campaign funds. James Clyburn, over $200,000 to multiple family members from his campaign,” Fallon listed.

He added, “The numbers speak for themselves. Americans are sick of politicians abusing their voters’ hard-earned money. This modern-day spoils system must end. My bill shines light on shady campaign finance practices while punishing those who take advantage of these funds to enrich their families.”

Fox News also recently reported that Karen Waters company had received over a million dollars for campaign services. In addition, the democrat’s daughter was also found to use a slate-mailing operation for her mother’s re-election, making Maxine Waters the only politician to use such an operation in the 2020 elections. 

In addition, a 2004 report also shows that the Waters family is not new in this business as several family members had received over a million dollars for campaign efforts. Though the report was written in 2004, it happened eight years before.
