JUST IN: Trump Issues Huge Warning To Iran As US Enforces Blockade Of Hormuz

President Donald Trump is warning Iran to steer clear of U.S. forces enforcing a sweeping naval blockade, vowing swift destruction for any vessels that get too close.

Trump said Iran’s navy has already been decimated under Operation Epic Fury, but noted a handful of smaller craft remain.

Iran’s Navy is laying at the bottom of the sea, completely obliterated – 158 ships. What we have not hit are their small number of, what they call, ‘fast attack ships,’ because we did not consider them much of a threat,” Trump wrote.

“Warning: If any of these ships come anywhere close to our BLOCKADE, they will be immediately ELIMINATED, using the same system of kill that we use against the drug dealers on boats at Sea. It is quick and brutal,” he added.

The warning came as United States Central Command, or CENTCOM, made clear the blockade applies to all vessels, regardless of flag.

CENTCOM issued a notice to mariners ahead of the operation taking effect Monday, according to two U.S. officials who spoke to Fox News Digital.

“Any vessel entering or departing the blockaded area without authorization is subject to interception, diversion, and capture,” the notice said.

“The blockade will not impede neutral transit passage through the Strait of Hormuz to or from non-Iranian destinations,” the statement continued.

Officials said the blockade covers “the entirety of the Iranian coastline,” while allowing humanitarian shipments, including food, medical supplies, and other essential goods, to pass after inspection.
