BREAKING: Vegas Bomber’s Alleged Manifesto Is Revealed On Massive Podcast

The alleged manifesto of Matt Livelsberger, the former Green Beret who drove a Tesla Cybertruck loaded with explosives to Trump International Hotel Las Vegas on New Year’s Day, has surfaced. Details of the manifesto, which was reportedly sent via email to intelligence analyst and social media figure Sam Shoemate, were revealed during a recent episode of the Shawn Ryan Show, a widely followed podcast hosted by former Navy SEAL Shawn Ryan.

Described as both dramatic and cryptic, the manifesto contained Livelsberger’s bold declaration: “What I’m going to send you is going to change the course of humanity.” The email, sent just days before the incident, outlines alleged covert military operations, advanced drone technologies, and purported war crimes in Afghanistan. Livelsberger’s actions and motivations have since become a focal point of national security discussions, with some raising questions about the implications of his claims.

According to the podcast, Livelsberger’s manifesto described what he called “gravitic propulsion systems” used in unmanned aircraft, a term that Ryan and Shoemate both noted is typically associated with science fiction. Livelsberger alleged that both the United States and China have operational capabilities in these technologies, which he described as the most significant national security threat in history. He claimed China had been deploying these advanced drones from submarines along the East Coast, likening their capabilities to a “checkmate” scenario against the U.S.

The manifesto also pointed to Livelsberger’s involvement in an alleged cover-up of civilian casualties during airstrikes in Afghanistan in 2019. He claimed the strikes, which targeted suspected drug facilities, resulted in the deaths of hundreds of civilians, including women and children, and were later concealed by the U.S. government. Livelsberger’s email reportedly called for transparency, warning that the secrecy surrounding these events could escalate global tensions and potentially lead to a world war.

“A lot of this stuff actually really lines up, but we can’t give it 100% credibility,” Ryan said. Ryan, joined by Shoemate and other experts, spent hours dissecting the manifesto on the podcast. Shoemate, who received the initial email, said he was initially skeptical of Livelsberger’s claims but began taking them seriously as corroborating evidence emerged.

The manifesto also implicated several unnamed individuals and agencies, including the DEA, CIA, and Department of Defense, in alleged misconduct. Ryan and Shoemate emphasized the difficulty of verifying some of Livelsberger’s more extraordinary claims, such as the existence of advanced propulsion systems, but noted that the alleged cover-up of civilian casualties in Afghanistan aligned with previously reported United Nations findings.

Shoemate revealed that Livelsberger’s Signal messaging account showed activity after his reported death, sparking theories that the former Green Beret may still be alive. While Shoemate and Ryan stopped short of endorsing this theory, they acknowledged its plausibility, given Livelsberger’s expertise in counter-surveillance and clandestine operations.
